The swedish government said no to a bailout plan as long as GM is involved, but they might reconsider if GM "sells" them/phases the brand out/goes under etc

very true, i own a saab, mines the GM NG but, Saab will not allow it's North American Sales to die, they will most likely buy it back and manufacturer them again themselves.

More of a USDM guy, which is why I'm so sad that GM is going under hard. My first vehicular love was a 1985 Chevy K5 Blazer. Goddamn truck just would not stop, and I friggin loved it. Because you know how kids are when they first get the license. Sideways in all places, lol. Yeah, that truck was awesome, so it really strikes a nerve. But hey, at least we'll still get the Dodge Ram.
