this is great, im a bit puzzled by the start though, as the mardale inn is in bampton, and around the corner from the phone box? so why the car journey from the mardale inn, out of bampton, back into bampton just around the corner from where you started?
I can see why the British chose to colonize British Columbia, Canada, where I'm from. Which is as cold and rainy as this place is almost all the goddamn time. Right this moment, as I write this in fact, it's just stopped raining. And it's all drenched in Grey and emerald green.
This is quality, I'm from Bampton and used to get on my school bus at the bus stop/phone box, I can't believe you got Ronnie to recreate the farmer seen Class,he's often in the pub will have to ask him about it,Withnail's a great film they don't make them like that anymore(George Harrison R.I.P)!
this is a fascinating cineaste travelogue. if this was back in the states all these movie landmarks would have been vandalized or razed. could you do a nostalgic locational journey back to the film Naked by mike leigh?
