Thats a good cop, he was very thorough in explaining everything that was going on and what was going to happen. He was just going to run a warrant check on the guy which is normal procedure and probably let him go with a warning, even asked if anyone had any headache meds for the guy, some people just don't know when to zip it. The breaking the arm thing was obviously a threat of force to deter any aggressive action from the guy or his friends seing as how it looks like he was alone out there
