that makeup is NOT neutral!!! Neutral makeup is- a BIT of foundation, a bit of blusher, mascara and lip gloss. still, it was a very video and u are very good at putting on makeup!!

the thing is, if you line your lips with a dark color, once the lipstick wears off, then you're left with a dark line around your lips. they sell transparent wax pencils to line the lips, and to make the lips fuller without looking drag, all you have to do is to dot a bit of shiny gloss in the center of your lower lip. :P

ya actualy if u get a transparent wax pencil and use that it will dull the color. so the best thing u should actualy do is get a lip pencil that matches ur lip color so that way when the lipstick w.e wears off ur not left with that dark outline. or a dull lip color to start with :)
