i've played demos for FInal Fantasy VIII and X and i have to say, though addictive, the gameplay style is kind of surpassed by games like MEtal Gear Solid in my opinian. But then gain, i think the shooting function in Syphon FIlter is way better than the shooting funtion in MGS. Definatly the best game on PS1 and one of the best games in history, but Syphon is my fave.
