Every person's situation is different. For some it may not be a good time to buy and I would certainly be up front about that. It is also up to each person to make their own decision after they have gotten all the facts. I have advised buyers to wait on more than one occasion over the years.
Would a so called "buyers agent" ever tell a buyer "now is not a good time to buy"?
