Unfortunately this stupidity is all to common there, I have lost count how many times I came close to crashing (or being crashed into) due to people over braking excessively when approaching road works or dangerously blocking the road at incidents etc. when they could have and should have moved on quickly. :- #

NS2s are actually surprisingly good tyres in the dry, unless you have direct experience I wouldn't comment. Jostein did an 8:36 on the Nankangs in the dry, 3 litre E36... not bad. :)

Seriously? You have an M3 (not exactly cheap I presume) and you've fitted'it with horrible cheap chinese Nankang tires, possibly the WORST tires, made of leftovers from pencil erasers!

Don't be a cheapass when it comes to tires, go and invest your money in Toyo R888 instead, you'll thank yourself for doing it.

Had a word with the track marshalls afterwards and suggested they move the barriers and put up some kind of warning to avoid a huge pileup..
