For example, I think what happened in Beslan is one of the worst tragedies I have every heard of but why should I feel guilty? Just because I'm a Muslim? The man who orchestrated it was a Chechen and openly admitted what he was doing wasn't permissible in Islam- they weren't doing it in the name of Islam or as Muslims, they have their own issues with Russia as Chechens. That doesn't affect some guy in Sierra Leone or Azerbaijan just because they are Muslim.

I don't think any righteous Muslim or any sane person for that matter will say that the atrocities carried out by terrorists are justifiable and I agree with you that our inability to speak out is to blame but your reasoning is unfair and uneducated because Muslims are from around the world, as you said, but their conflicts aren't caused by religion- that's a lazy conclusion. Most of the countries u listed have political, ethnic, land-based conflicts.

OK, here's a question from someone who left islam: You say you're different because you see Muhammad as a prophet, a human being, yet all your actions and behaviour regarding muhammad make you practically worship him, just like christians would worship jesus! Why do you think the Hadith is so important, you want to follow muhammad because he is a "Uswa Hasana" or good example, just like christians see a good example in jesus.

you only recall what médias show. but it represents only 1 percent of what muslim world is. islamic univers is huge theres is no one muslim type. islam encompass different cultur. i give an advice if you really want to know qhat islam is in reality enter mosqees noq in time of ramadan, or even go and speak with them and you'll see that they are open et nice. and please stop looking on television. you wondered why all this violence in the name of islam.
