lol it is inverted pull up, cause you pull yourself UP, you dont row.... row = pulling the bar up, pull up = pulling yourself up.

lolol!!...This is not hard bro...its just a fukkin row with your own body weight. My 6 yr old nephew can do these. Nice camera quality though.

Do you find your feet slide away when elevated? If so, how do you prevent this? Maybe it's just me.

Maybe it's b/c my feet are lower on the bench, so I'm slipping towards my feet. Although it's much harder with them elevated as you are, it may prevent that sliding?
