  • lol it is inverted pull up, cause you pull yourself UP, you dont row.... row = pulling the bar up, pull up = pulling yourself up.

  • lolol!!...This is not hard bro...its just a fukkin row with your own body weight. My 6 yr old nephew can do these. Nice camera quality though.

    Do you find your feet slide away when elevated? If so, how do you prevent this? Maybe it's just me.

  • I never seemed to have a problem with that

  • Maybe it's b/c my feet are lower on the bench, so I'm slipping towards my feet. Although it's much harder with them elevated as you are, it may prevent that sliding?
