  • Thanks for the response M&T. I made it the 'Loops' event last year for the first time after years of missing it because I never had an event date. Great event. Unique site/course, and a diverse collection of historic competition cars. The sound of a Jag six or Studebaker V-8 rocketing off the line into the trees is not to be forgotten. Easy going manner by all involved and a very well run event. On my calender for this year.

Do you have a car that you run there?

  • @3Deuce27 No, but our Tiger donated its carberator to Allen Grants Cobra as shown here. Allen was a team Driver for Shelby American when they won the FIA Championship in 1965! The car was red and now painted yellow. Got to ride down the hill to the pits and he keep deminstrating (going fast!) what the engine was doing and the carb had a burp in it. So we tried the 600 Holley of our 66 Tiger (the one with a hole in the hood, blue in color) We have enjoyed it for the same reasons as you.

  • Was this the 2009 show and Loops Climb?

  • @3Deuce27 Nope, We did not make it out the last two years. This is to pump up the event for this year 2010! The Photos are from the past 8 or so years to this fun event! Hope you enjoy it!
