So I guess Notre Dame picking up Roby Toma was kinda like a package deal but ND had a schollie open because Nyshier Oliver de-commit from ND and re-committed to Tennessee. Roby has heart and hands so I'm glad he aboard the Irish express..

Too bad UCLA was only using Roby to get Manti. When Manti chose ND, UCLA cancelled Roby's scholarship. That's why Roby didn't sign on signing day and at last minute chose ND.

He is very quick on his feet, looks light as a feather the way he runs and reacts. He is able to stop on a dime, and make quick decisions to pick up extra YAC's. I was thinking his downside was his height, since at 5'9'' it will be hard for him to out jump DB's, esp. at the next level. But if you say 36'' vertical, then I must be wrong, lol. But get him in open space, he can move the chains. I see him as a return specialist and slot WR, a Wes Welker type player. Good luck wherever you go!
