If you would like to make some money I think it would be nice idea to release it in "national" episodes. For example: "Dogfight: Battle of Poland" - big iPhone community in Poland will buy it, "Dogfight: Black Crosses over Britain" for GB, "Dogfight: Pacific Assault" for USA and so on :)
So you should make onother game placed in WW2 :) Few ideas for locations which iPhone shouldn't have problems to run:
- African Campaign - desert
- Pacific Campaign - ocean :) (start from the carrier)
- it would be also fun to add some bombing mission for variety. For example. We are piloting Liberator (on high attitude without possiblity to fly lower, so there won't be problem with detailed cities) to appointed destinaion and then changing view into bomb-aimer mode to hit our target.
Hi, thanks for your feedback. I'm a big fan of the World War 1 genre also, but when I made the move to a Sci-Fi based game, it allowed me to really expand the game play and make it fun. When you stick to a historic subject, it can restrict where you go with a game.
But, I'm always trying to find ideas for unlockable content, perhaps a SciFly: Classic is in order for later updates?
I agree, I love the way these older planes look way more than whole futuristic thing.. It'd be cool even to have these planes unlockable in the scifly game, and use them to fight with the futuristic type planes... My only request would be a Spitfire, my favorite plane of all time lol
