The first finger works such as an anchor point... The program recognizes when you put your second finger on your screen. If the screen was tapped at two different places, the screen sends the information, and will calculate the average of the two point, and that average will be the processed tapped point. This program calculates the two different places' coordinates from this average. Btw, it will not work if you move both your fingers...
I'm guessing you made it as one of our alpha testers (we backtracked the beta to an alpha after a slew of feature requests). The released alpha version runs over the operating system as any other program, you can simpy uninstall when done. The main core will replace several operating system components and be part of the system.

It is not a fake, it's simulated multitouch in single touch devices. iSwish will definetely rock!
