  • i think its on UFC 170 even...

  • some born of osiris for the intro. nice

  • lol they don't know a shit about ufc... randy couture held two belts at the same time

  • With Anderson just barely holding his belt against Sonnen, GSP is everything Sonnen is, but better. I see GSP destroying Silva. On stand up and on the ground.

  • GSP busted Penn.......

  • anderson silva would make saint pierre look like a fucking joke! saint pierre doesnt stand a chance againt anderson silva.

silva is the best p4p fighter on earth no doubt about it!

  • @bkakaak47 GSP is probably waiting for Anderson to retire before he moves up to 185. Anderson probably only has a couple of fights left before he moves up to 205 full time, there is no current 185 lb fighter outside of maybe Belfort who can give Anderson trouble.

  • you guys are pretty jacked. you must work out alot.

  • LMAO!!!!!!! gsp beat silva thats a fucking joke lol

  • @metal4life6669 so tru bro

  • I love GSP but he should stay away from the middleweight div. He would have big time trouble with sylva. anderson is just to big for him. it would be just like him and penn

  • I will admit josh koschek has improved since their last bout, but GSP improved 100000x's more! And no offense to Hardy, but he is NO WHERE near GSP's level. UFC 111 is just gunna be another highlight reel. At 175, his only threat his indeed Paul Daley, but Gsp's wrestling could very well be the turning point in the fight. So entering 185 would probably be his only option, though i think he should fight Marquart before fighting Anderson

  • I dont really think it matters who GSP could beat at middle weight because if he were to decide to take a shot at the MW title, im sure that he would get a fight with Silva right away. Im sure that he wouldnt really have to earn it. Everyone would wanna see Silva and GSP fight so thats what they would give us. Also because it really would be a good fight. I could see him taking the belt but i dont think that he could balance both titles for very long. I think he'd lose one of them pretty quick.

  • the only reason he would move up is to aviod the likes of Koscheck, Daley & Hardy

  • @ crazyjake29. GSP beat Koscheck already.....He's already set to fight Dan Hardy at UFC 111.......As for Daley he still needs to work on his overall game. He has the stand up, but no ground skills, and he has had only two fights in the UFC. Anyway as for the video. You guys mentioned some good points; just a shame you didn't fully expand on them!

  • u dont need to fill me in on who he has and will be fighting. im following MMA junkie on twitter for pete sake! lol. nar but serious, he hasnt fough today's Koscheck...regardless of Daley's UFC record, that guy is a beast and would KO him if he kept it stood up. as for hardy. i really dont know about that fight. im from England, so do i cheer for hardy (plus i like the guy). or do i root for GSP becuase ive liked that guy since i first got into the sport..tough decision

  • I'm English aswell. Today's Koscheck wouldn't beat today's GSP. Reasons beings GSP has improved aswell, GSP beat Fitch who is Josh's training partner, and ranked no. 2 WW in the world, and St Pierre has put on 10 pounds of muscle mass. As for Daley he could KO GSP, but I doubt that purely, because George has superior wrestling, BJJ, and GNP. I like Hardy, and he has a hell of a chin, but his skills/techniques unfortunately don't come close to St Piere, but I gotta feeling it could be an upset!

  • im interested in knowing your predictions.

    Hardy Vs GSP @ 111 & Koscheck Vs Daley @ 113

  • GSP is a more skilled striker, but Hardy has one hell of a chin, so this will most probably be a repeat of GSP v Alves. GSP wins by unanimous decision. Same thing with Koscheck and Daley. Koshcheck has better striking skill, but if he stands with Daley will most likely break his jaw. Josh will do what he did to Johnson, finish the fight on the ground where he has the advantage. Koscheck round 2 submission by RNC. Gimme your thoughts aswell.

  • in a ideal world i hope the match outcomes are GSP TKO 2nd round & Koscheck KO 1st round

  • are you fucking kidding me?!?! if GSP moves up to middle weight now its because hes a little bitch.. how convenient its is that he will move up as soon as silva leaves middleweight it seems to me that GSP doesnt want another loss on his record cause silva would whoop his ass it would only take 2 rounds

  • @ xXTaGGaXx. When did Anderson leave MW? What he fought Griffin. He fought at 205, because there is no one at MW atm that is a threat to Silva. He's gonna fight Vitor Belfort for the MW title in UFC 112.

  • Do anyone think he could beat Vitor Belfort at 185? how about Wanderlei ?

  • i think he has a chance he always does cuz hez a amazing athlete and fighter

  • Ok lets run down the list of MWs GSP could defeat... uhmm theres not enough space. lol jk but seriously hed be a serious contender, my only worry is wouldnt alot of the guys have a reach advantage?

  • gsp would lose to nate marquardt, vitor belfort, demian maia, chael sonnen, and maybe wanderlei.

  • demian maia ? really with that poor stand up and weak defense..I think youre wrong on that 1

but the others seem likely. but I have to question Wanderlei. cuz his age.

  • @wherewhenwhat

demain maia got caught by a flash punch, that was his first and only lost.

maia will beat anyone if the fight goes to the ground

  • Maia could sub around 99% of the MMA competition at any weight class. But remember, he has been tapped in BJJ tourneys by guys like Marcelo Garcia. A guy with equal skill and a strength advantage could take him. Or a guy with good sub defense & a good top game. GSP passed Penn's guard with ease, something that Dave Camarillo ( a world class grappler, and inventor of guerilla jiu-jitsu system ) hasn't done since BJ was a blue belt. Maia's ground game is sick, but not bulletproof.

  • I have a friend who trains in Albequerqe at Jackson's. He said that when GSP comes there, that he runs through everyone. The only guys who are able to push him are Rashad Evans, Shane Carwin, and a few others. According to the popular word, GSP hardly ever rolls with guys that don't have at least 25 or 30 pounds on him.

  • gsp is to small for anderson

  • I'm about three weeks late with this comment boys but... GSP has said in at least one interview before that if he takes an Anderson Silva fight he'll only take it with 6 months advance notice so that he has the ability to put muscle weight on in a healthy manner, over time and correctly.

That says a lot. First, it says he's thought about the fight... that's huge in and of itself.

Secondly, he has a plan... Anderson better be ready... Georges will be fighting him next August. I said it!

  • GSP is my favorite fighter, and has been for about 4 years. he has the best timing in the ufc, which is really why his wrestling appears to be superb. there is only one other fighter who has GSP's talent for timing, and he's bigger and has heavier hands (anderson silva). even if GSP has more fighting talent than silva, it's still not enough to really beat him. i think what happened with BJ Penn/GSP 2 would happen between GSP and anderson

  • I had a prediction a few days ago and i was right! Enter the SHOGUN era! you guys were wrong on that one! Shogun slayed the dragon, "the paper champ"!

  • No doubt GSP could take Silva down. He took down Alves and Penn who are hard to take down. But he might eat some knees or elbows in the process. The problem is GSP hasn't had many knockouts. Which means he would have to last five rounds, against the best Muay Thai striker in UFC. GSP hasn't been hit hard since the Serra fight. I think GSP could frustrate Silva with takedowns, but I reckon Silva would catch him in a triangle if Rush tries to keep him down. Silva vs Rua would be better.

  • Shit I accidentlly posted my video response to this video on someone else's video I'll try to fix it.hopefully you'll allow it again.

  • Machida vs Rua is 4 days away, any predictions planned for it?

  • one thing i disagreed with was how the bald guy shrugged off anderson silvas bottom game by saying "meh" to the black belt. yes GSP is a black belt in BJJ as well, with better top game, but anderson silva is lankier, naturally bigger, and would ATLEAST give GSP some issues on the ground. Not saying he would sub GSP, but it would be competitive on the ground i believe

  • its true, ive heard GSP say in an interview, that its only a matter of time before he cant make the cut to 170 anymore. At 185, if he didnt have to watch his weight, he could be a monster at 185.

  • 1:29 YOu ever heard of BJ Penn? He held the LW and WW belt if I recall

  • Not at the same time. We're talking about holding 2 titles simultaneously.

  • That is true.!

  • @osbornemccarty rousimat palhares would rape gsp along with okami, sonnen, maia, hell ill give alan belcher a chance

  • @osbornemccarty bj did't hold the belts at the same time?

  • no he didn't. he lost his first LW title shot against jens pulver and later went to a draw with caol uno. sorry. nobody has ever held two titles in different weight classes at the same time in the ufc

  • Yushin Okami would handle gsp

    he is taller/stronger/more muscular

and has a very strong wrestling base

very hard to take down or keep down

  • I can see GSP legit Uni Decisioning Anderson Silva, but a fight with Dan Henderson would not favor GSP. And with GSP champ, Marquardt wouldn't want to fight GSP because he's a teammate, and we know how UFC fighters are sensitive about fighting their teammates.

  • Machida>Spider>GSP>BJ

I want GSP to fight Forrest.

  • it wouldnt even be a fight anderson would destroy gsp not even a fight. andersons jujitsu is better, his striking is much much better and he walks around at 215 220. anderson by 1st round knock out. you have to be retarded to think gsp could win

  • I don't think its that retarded. GSP has never been out striked besides a fluke knockout. Andersons Jiu-Jitsu is not better. He is train by why better people. He earned all his belts, up until his black, by Renzo Gracie and has a black belt under Bruno Fernandes who is a world champion and a member of Gracie Barra. Wrestling being the foundation of MMA, he could control the fight. But the weight is a BIG issue. GSP walks around at like 183 and Anderson at like 220. I don't think it will happen.

  • GSP walks around at like 195. With some bulking up, I don't see weight being an issue. The guy's athletic as hell...

  • Ah no he doesn't guy. Look up the interview on YouTube after UFC 100. He says he only weighs 183 and he is now eating more heathy so he can build more muscle. So when you can show me where the hell he said "195". Talk to me.

  • acutally serra has better striking then gsp

  • yeah thats what i said lol

  • GSP is a really good striker and so is Anderson.

Anderson has way harder punches though. GSP would have to take it to the ground and try to work his magic. 85% Anderson would win, 15% GSP would win due to probably a successful ground game where he worked pass Silva's guard.

  • no never ever GSP needs to stay where he is

  • I don't think GSP can survive in middleweight, gsp is a natural welterweight .... and come on a few shots from Matt Serra rocked him ... hard, lol imagine him taking those shots from fighters like Anderson Silva or Dan henderson ... even if his good at taking people, his gonna get punched sooner or later.

  • read my comments bottom to top to make sense.

  • Gsp is a god striker not an knock out artist but his take down % is amazing he would take silva down at will and dominate on points. i really like silva but his fights are boring if his opponent doesnt push forward and attack him. gsp is well rounded in all disciplines. but not a huge striker. im not saying gsp would destroy silva but i am saying with their different styles the match up would prove a probable decision via groung and pound octagon control and over all points gsp!

  • Sliva just beat the shit out of the former light heavy champ. Big strong dudes like hendo, Franklin, Hamil, even Marquart etc would give gsp problems. Any one thinking GSP should move up should look at tapes of Penn moving up in weight and see the difference, when he went back down.

  • ha! gsp would more than likely achieve the same result in that weight class. meaning whooping that ass! the only difference in my opinion is that weight class and up the fighters have heavier hands because they have heavier frames behind the hands. i think gsp would be a major threat to silva because silva is an elusive counter striker.

  • Man you sound like a GSP nut hugger. Silva would take his head off before he had a chance to take him down.

  • actually Gsp walks around about 185-190 so making weight wouldnt be a problem. GSP would want to bulk up so that he could cut weight before the fight. most fighters regain 10 -20 pounds the 24hrs after weigh in. gsp probably weighs around 180 -185 when he enters the octagon on fight night. he just doesnt want to be at a disadvantage by weighing a possible 20 pounds less than silva come fight night. as far as not big enough for 185.

  • Edit: GSP is not too weak for 185 or Anderson.

  • GSP and Anderson should continue to explore other weight classes until Dana can find reasonable matches for them in their respective weight classes. GSP is not at all too weak for 205 or Anderson. Many 205ers that he trains with have said that they cannot take him down/ defend his takedowns. He needs to watch out for Anderson's hands. Anderson needs to watch out for GSPs unrelenting strength and stamina. I need this fight before Anderson retires.

  • GSP should stay where he is, and he should get a tattoo of Brock Lesnar's face on his entire back.

  • Well I think that Vitor is going to give anderson problems. i really think he can beat silva. I mean come on he destroyed franklin with no problem.

  • So what that Belfort beat Franklin easily!? Silva beat Franklin with ease..... twice. Silva will TKO Belfort.

  • He beat him twice but not nearly as fast as belfort. Silva isnt unbeatable Belfort will beat him.

  • Silva beat Franklin in just 2 minutes the first time. How long did it take Belfort, like 3 minutes. Belfort will get knocked out in round 2.

  • Yeah but i you watch the Belfort fight they didnt even start really fighting until like 2 1/2 minutes into the fight. They were mainly feeling eachother out the whole time until they started striking then he got beaten in a couple seconds.

  • I love GSP, I think he's fantastic, but I think people forget the kind of shit that Anderson has done to people. That guy invents new ways to hurt people.

Remember those front stomping kicks to the thighs of Thales Leites?

Remember that elbow to the face of Strykland in Cage Rage? Seriously, watch it again-it's sick.

  • he didnt invent that shit dude lol

he said in ultimate grappling (now ultimate mma) magazine, that he took that elbow from a movie

and thigh kicks have been around for a while buddy

  • There's always a lot of credit given to anyone who can move up a weight, but there's no point in Georges moving up unless he can beat Anderson, and... he's just not big enough for Anderson.

Look at what Georges St. Pierre did to BJ Penn- BJ is a wizard, but he just wasn't big enough to stop George's takedown. Anderson may look thin for a middleweight (not like Rich Franklin with a thick chest) but at 6'2" he's four inches taller than GSP.

Why does GSP need to change weight?

  • 4 inches of height aint shit. Fedor fights dudes 8"- 14" taller than him!

  • GSP "might" make for a good MW and "may" be a match for top tier MWs but Anderson Silva is coming off a complete destruction of a top LHW and has proven himself to be miles above top tier MWs. GSP belongs at WW, the UFC should focus more on getting challenges for that guy instead of feeding him to the spider

  • He allowed Lutter to mount him. It wasn't a tactical error. See how easily he swept Lutter to get to his feet. Anderson is a wizard on the ground.

  • Begging your pardon sir (or ma'am), but why would Silva allow himself to be mounted and get punched in the face? Yes, he did sweep Lutter quite easily which is a credit to his ground skills, but I don't think he intended to get mounted.

  • Anderson said in an interview where he was asked about the Lutter fight and did he underestimate his (Lutter's) ground game and that's why he got mounted. Anderson said that Lutter beat a fellow Brazilian in Jose Landi-jons by submission and he wanted to show the world that he was not intimidated by his so called ground skills and gave Lutter the mount so he could humiliate him like Lutter did to Landi. (Revenge) my friend and it's Sir not Madam, lol

  • For GSP's and his nut-huggers sake, he should stay at WW, if he moved up to middleweight, he might be able to knock off a couple of decent middle weights, even the contenders at MW such as Nate and Hendo would throw GSP around like a rag doll. He should just stay at WW and be the man, there will be more contenders, just have to wait and see.

  • i really dont think that gsp will move up. i think he is too little maybe they can meet at a catchweight (silva vs. gsp) but i doubt silva will go down after already moving up. gsp is 5'10'' and a big welterweight i dont think he physically can get big enough to walk in a cage around 192lbs, which is what most middleweights enter the cage at. plus lets give swick and anthony johnson a chance first

  • How about Anthony Johnson and Paul Daley? Now that would be explosive. Did you see how easily Daley beat down Kampmann?

  • But Daley's ground game is like a "hit me here" place on a video game boss.

  • gsp = vaseline

  • honestly that would be a great fight HOWEVER i dont think gsp could tuch anderson... theres no way he could strike with him we all know hes gonna try for the takedown but anderson i think would be just way too stronge and big for gsp.... i meen this dood just took care of former light heavy champ forrest! i could see maybe if the spider had trouble with lightheavy but anderson lookx amazing at highest level of LH with no prob...

  • Did you just put GSP and Forrest toguether in the same sentence? That's not right....

  • Though Forrest didn't shoot for any takedowns and ran blindly into some Anderson counters. The thing I think, is that GSP will have problems with people like Marquardt who are incredibly huge for the weight class. And Marquardt is intensely strong, which would give GSP nightmares.

  • That would be another great fight for him at middleweight, but GSP and Marquardt are training partners and close friends, along with Rashad and Jardine. Quite a camp they got there.

  • I forgot about that. Curse you Greg Jackson for having a great camp!

  • I would love to see it man! Maybe he will be fighting Vitor for the belt??? You never know...

  • I agree totally guys!!!

  • If GSP wins it would be by lay and pray. Silva's defense off his back is amazing, and his BJJ is much better than GSP's. IMO I think Silva would use his reach to pick him apart from the outside, on his way to a 3rd rd KO.

  • GSP IS ABITCH! he would ge tsmashed if he moves up hence the reason he has said in previous interviews he isnt going to move up because he doesnt feel he is big neough to fight at 185 HES A BITCH!

  • is that u bj penn?

  • is GSP a better wrestler per se than Hendo? it's a toss up. Hendo definately has more accomplishments in the wrestling department alone. He's an olympic wrestler. My point is, Hendo took down silva and basically layed and prayed for a round and silva just said ok, that's enough. Came out in the second round and slapped a rear naked choke on him. I see no reason whatsoever why GSP wouldn't suffer the fate hendo did. I mean what can he do differently than Hendo did against Silva?

  • i think that gsp has better striking than hendo. i hate gsp (like hendo) but i do think that hendo is kinda one dimensional with his striking... anyways despite that i think gsp would get his ass kicked

  • The same could be said about GSP. Think about it. You can make a case for GSP being one dimensional. Not in terms of his skills per se, but in terms of how he utilizes his skills in fights. What does he do most often? He takes people down and beats on them for five rounds. That's pretty one dimensional for a guy who's as well rounded as GSP is. I mean when was the last time he actually stopped or finished a fighter? No way in hell he belongs in the same octagon with silva!!!

  • thnks for making this vid waited agse for your opinions on it :D

  • i think swick can do it. i would love to see gsp get beat.

anthony johnson is an awsome fighter, i think if he can get through yoshiyuki in exciting fashion then he should be up at the top and ready for a shot.

  • Someone said earlier they want to see Mike Swick Vs. Georges St.Pierre, and I completely agree.I think Swick would be fighting from a different well when it comes to Strength than G.S.P. does...I mean they say Money is a good motivator, winning is a great motivator, but losing is the best motivator, and Swick has had to work harder to maintain rooted with the fan-base because he hasn't been given as much opportunity to shine as GSP.He's ready, and willing...so unleash the dogs of war.

  • too risky...i dont think so. silva vs gsp = lose/lose for ufc.

  • GSP Vs Henderson

  • I don't think GSP have been hit as hard as Hendo can hit. Hendo was pretty good in lhw too.

  • i live in MTL so naturaly im a big GSP fan but anderson might prove to be to much its one of those fights you cant predict to much things to factor in any ways love your vids keep em coming

  • I think GSP is scared of Silva...

  • stop thinking then !

  • Machida vs Silva vs GSP 185lbs cage-match

  • Well sounds good but i actually think Silva would win. If he can beat top LHWs then he can definitely beat a WW.

OOT: I think Swick is the biggest threat for GSP as of now. If he wont beat him then GSP has to move to MW

  • swick have no chance

  • well then we need to wait till GSP retires to have new WW Champ

  • GSP would do GOOD at 185...as long as he stays away from Silva. It wont happen neway, as long as Machida wins a couple fights the MEGAFIGHT between Silva and Machida is already being talked about, even by Dana White in recent ESPN interviews. Most ppl would rather see Silva/Machida rather than GSP/Silva...there alraedy hypin it. Personally I think GSP would get KO'd quickly against Silva and the UFC doesn't want 2 kill their Canadian cash cow.

  • Silva said he refuses to fight his training partner. He doesn't want his title.

  • umm yeah i think we would all like to see the top p4p guys go at one another

  • I think that GSP could beat up most low tier MWs but he doesn't cut weight for WW so getting bulked up for MW would be very difficult and unhealthy for him. I don't think it's fair to ask GSP for something as hard as that and ultimately he would lose to the top guys just because of their weight. Silva walks around at 210 so he should have fought at LHW all along and not cut to MW. Same with Hendo and Franklin. I prefer when the fighters don't cut weight - like GSP - it's more fair in my eyes.

  • also what about Anthony Johnson at welterweight?

  • Hell yeah Rumble would be a way better match up for GSP than Lame ass Swick. Why doesnt anyone talk about him much.. oh well

  • i dont see gsp goin up and if he did he would get killed by the spider and swick has to get past hardy befor he even thinks of gsp

  • GSP will get killed against fighters like belfort, henderson, franklin, anderson silva, even nate the great and bispin would beat him quite easly. thats mad to think he could go up against these guys. im gonna msg you guys back and say told you so when he does'nt ever fight at middleweight coz he knows he wont be nearly as good as at welter, or gets seriously hurt if in need you are right and he does fight at middleweight.

  • agreed! i would like to see GSP try and dance around Henderson's right hand or even try and out wrestle Dan Henderson, so before people start saying Silva vs. GSP lets talk HENDO vs. GSP!

  • Nice chin scratch at the start there Matt - its the little things that make the difference with you guys, and we appreciate that.

GSP and Sliva... what a fight! Make it happen UFC!!!

  • I still say Serra broke GSP. Before his KO he was a great entertaining fighter... Since then all he does is play it safe. Still a great fighter, but I don't want to see him out-cardio guys on the ground for five rounds, it just gets boring.

  • ... if you think GSP's boring you need another hit of that crack-bong of yours.

  • Ohh come on... All he's done his past couple of fights was lay and pray. The Penn fight was a snoozefest, the Alvez fight was the same... His only decent fight after his KO was with Fitch.

GSP has become scared of standing up.

I'm not saying he's a bad fighter, what he does is very effective. But it's also a very boring style. You look at the GSP that beat Hughes and look at GSP now, he's a whole different fighter... more effective, but much less entertaining.

  • I agree with you chiko1344. He's great at what he does but its getting quite boring now. he's becoming a lighter Gray Maynard instead of the explosive fighter he use to be.

  • penn had no buisness in the ring. Yes Domination is boring .. it was a one way fight. being a champion is boring now ? wrestling/submission are essential to win.. you know: royce gracie ? nways you would probably find something else to say if he won ALL of his fights standing. when your defending your belt you think your going to take a chance just to impress people ? you really think GSP waists time thinking about making a fight interesting ? i think he concentrates on winning. Point Finale !

  • BUT i would like to see

    henderson vs. gsp and

    marqurat vs. gsp

  • i disagree, i dont think vitor will beat anderson. but he is sure as hell the only guy who has equal hands that hes fought, if silva gets passed belfort he will go unbeaten in the ufc.

and gsp will not beat silva at middleweight.

  • i think vitor might beat anderson

if not then yeah gsp should fight him

  • GSP at middleweight would lose a lot of his advantages that he enjoys at middleweight. A move up to middleweight would see GSP beaten. Moving up in weight in MMA is not as easy as it is is boxing.

  • he maybe a little slower then when he fights 170 and andserson sliva is king sorry matt i nut hug on sliva just as much as u on gsp, sliva would destroy

  • why's everyone saying Silva would dominate? I've never seen anybody take down people as easily as GSP. I'm a fan of both and it could honestly go either way. Silva's got a lanky body so he's definitely got the advantage with stand up strikes, but if GSP catches him and gets him on the floor it could be over for Silva. Silva's only weakness is his ground game.

  • He submitted Hendo and Lutter, both off of his back. He's got a great ground game, but his striking is so damn good that it overshadows the fact he's a black belt in BJJ under Big Nog.

  • I gotta say that GSP is crazily talented and a force to be reckoned with...but i think Anderson Silva would destroy him...Anderson Silva really is a athlete that comes along only once or twice in a life time, he sees the world in bullet time...Anderson Silva by KO/TKO. Here is another point though...i would pick against GSP even if he was versing Rich Franklin at 185

  • GSP TAKIN' OVER MIDDLEWEIGHT!! WOOT! Silva is GOING DOWN! maybe...

  • GSP has already stated that he wanted to put on more weigh before anything. If it were to happen, he stated that it would most likely have to be catchweight. Also, I think the Anderson and Machida fight is more likely to happen before those two go at it. Dana has already stated that Georges was too small to fight Anderson.

  • well, silva said he wouldnt fight machida because they train together.

  • I'm aware of that but Dana really wants to make that fight happen.. that's what I've seen from interviews anyway.

Both Anderson and Machida need to get pass each of their upcoming opponents before any of those fights are set in stone.

  • Size wouldn't be as much as an issue as everyone is saying. Give him some time to bulk up and he could be as big as the majority of the MWs.

  • I think Marquardt, Henderson, Silva, Maia, and a few other would beat GSP at 185

  • nate, hendo, vitor, franklin I would bet against GSP anyday but Maia has no stand up and If nate can take out Maia GSP can take out Maia.

  • good topic

  • No... He would dominate too badly!

  • man, he cuts weight to fight at welterweight. It would just be unhealthy if he cut down to 155. Bad idea. Besides, GSP walks around at about 185 anyways, and cuts to welterweight. All he has to do is build so muscle rather than cut weight and he is in middleweight.

  • i hope your joking cause thats pretty messed up.

  • i seen a interview where dana said it would be a bad matchup for gsp to take on anderson silva becuz of the size dif. so idk.. as for anderson vs, machida dana said regardeless if there friends or not if they both stay unbeaten hel make them fight....

  • gsp might have to swap with nate

  • why does everyone say gsp will lose just because of size!?looks a Thiago silva,we walks around 200 lbs and gsp destroyed him

  • You mean Thiago Alves but good point....

  • fail, its thiago alves and he is shorter than GSP, rush was taller than him and had the reach advantage

silva would destroy st. pierre, this will be proved if they fight believe me

  • gsp vs silva would be stupid as silva walks around at 220 and is actually to big for middleweight as it is.....Silva needs o fight machida as he posses the biggest threat IMO gsp if bulked up could be a problem at middleweight

  • you guys should also make a video on your thoughts about dana making the ring alot smaller.

  • GSP would get killed trying to fight anderson silva. gsp is a great fighter but anderson would kill him in the stand up or the ground

  • If gsp is able to maintain his speed and weigh around 198 come fight time then i have no doubt he'll destroy silva gsp's takedowns are lightning fast and powerful and one thing i noticed in the anderson hendo fight anderson wasnt able to get henderson off of him and henderson fights at around 198 but gsp would do much more damage then henderson would x.x

  • siva would kill gsp

  • i'm replying to all the people who think GSP will get killed. I'll post here again when GSP has 2 belts !

  • While all of your opinions make sense in this video, i just cant help but think that a GSP vs. Hendo or a GSP vs. Marquardt fight would be rediculous. GSP is just too small! He would get overpowered!

  • you guys should talk something about ufc 104, maybe some wec even. I'd also like to hear your opinions in mike brown vs jose aldo.

  • GSP wont stand a chance with Silva

  • Your right,Silva is toying with lhw's, gsp would get humiliated.

  • gsp will b like the smallest middle weight ever , i mean look at his pics with other fellow middleweights n his camp like marquardt & david louisuo who r not even considered big middleweights , he s very tiny compared to them , i think it would b unfair 2 him to fight big anderson silva , gsp walks around 184 & cuts to 170 ,on the other hand silva walks around 220 & cuts to 185 , i mean silva is like 6 foot 2 while gsp s 5 foot 10 , i think gsp is smart & knows that it s not the best thing 2 do

  • what about some catchweight fights? like gsp at 180?...

  • I think Nate Marquardt would give GSP some problems.

  • GSP = One of the most well rounded and talented fighters in MMA.

GSP (vs. Silva) = Would become a one dimensional wrestler, afraid to strike and shooting for takedowns without the set up.

GSP would get picked apart and KTFO.

    IMO

  • It would be an excellent fight. GSP would deff be Silva's weakness.

  • I would love to see GSP fight at 185... GSP vs. Silva would be craaaazzzyy!

  • i would slap my sister if that happens, GSP vs. Spider. she slapped me when i said Franklin would beat Anderson.
