I just did one of these brews VIENNA RED lager and I could`nt take half glas so strong was really amazed how bold it was but I found a better way to ferment I have vid mr beer ferment update #2
I just sampled my first batch of Vienna Lager last night. I found it to be pretty good as well but was expecting a little more of a kick. I'm thinking about making another batch of it using the additional can of malt instead of the Booster. I've heard that can make a huge difference. My Cowboy Lager should be ready in another week.
@pcolaboy4250 If you want to, go buy one of those $1.50 packs of hops on eBay and try about 1/3 of the pack boiled in the wort for 15 minutes or put about 1/3 of the pack in the fermenter after you mix it all together. That MAY give you the other end of the taste spectrum you desire with the extra malt.
