My uncle made the microchip machines that keep making them 1/2 the size every 2 years. This method will not work , we will have a different system based on our DNA footprint . RFID chips can only be read from about 30 feet away. So unless the govt already has stations around all cities to monitor and relay RFID info to satellites, tracking really isn't a reality. But I still wouldn't get one of these implanted in me...
