i think vince gilligan is a big tarantino fan, judging by the soundtrack that goes well the the atmosphere of every scene with music, and the way its directed (i know cranston directs alot of the episodes but the show runner/writer has alot of say) and if he is hes one of the only directors who is good at hiding it

from what i can tell this song is about a white man during thetimes of the old west and a "magic arrow" is an old nick name for a very accurate rifle for back then and his magic arrow flies precision is him sniping innocent native americans. if you keep that in mind this song tells quite an interesting story.
