i believe you have to do "try for a baby" within a couple days the sim should grow a bigger stomach and the game will zoom in so you notice. but it is noticable either way, eventaully sim has baby :)

i have done the  "try for baby" thing and my sim didnt get pregnant

usually right after the try for baby, she will throw up and a little thought bubble will show a question mark and i think a pacifier

well, your sim will sometimesget morning sickness, need a restroom break more, and usually gets a big hunger, and a big tummy. then she gets chubby, waddles, and has it.

you have to get a double bed then make a man and woman relax on it, be one of those man/woman on the bed and click the other person you can woohoo (xxx) or try for a baby try and have a baby

okay get 1 girl 1 boy sims relax on bed use any of them. then click on the bed or the other sim then click and try for a babba. then when they finsh, u might hear a babba tune and that means MOMMAC IS PRENANT. if it ain't does that tune it means might be a preggy or not a preggy.

There is an adoption service your Sim can call, but I'm not sure if you can put the kid up for adoption unless something happens to the parent(s). A social worker will automatically come to remove the child from the household if it's being neglected.
