Nice one! This is a fantastic song, and Tim was a fantastic musician. Too bad I can't sing or play guitar, cause I wanna cover him too.. Can't find much bass tabs for his songs out there..:p

@Lompebroed Thanks for the kind comments. I discovered Tim Buckley back in the late '60s, shortly before shipping off to Vietnam. His music seemed especially appropriate in those crazy times. I'd certainly agree that this is a special song and that Tim Buckley was a wonderful performer.

@guitaniac I can imagine, there were lots of great artists back in the 60's, but Buckley's voice is really one of a kind. I'm only 20 years old though (and live in Norway!), so I didn't get to take part in the magic, but I came across a recording of Song to the Siren from some TV-show, and it totally blew my mind. It was just his voice and his 12-string guitar, but that was all he needed, really. I don't know -anyone- around my age listening to him, and that's too bad but their loss.:)
