To be President of the USA, Obama must be a "natural born citizen" according to the Constitution of the USAand it requires two conditions:

1) Obama must be born in the USA.

2) Obama's parents MUST BOTH be American citizens.

Obama's father was NEVER an American citizen!!!!!

Therefore, OBAMA IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT OF THE USA!

@slicbro Still trying to cloud the issue huh? ;) No I said it didn't matter because Mitt Romneys' parents were "citizens" , I didn't say Mitt Romneys' parents needed to be or were "natural born citizens." Our Constitution makes it quite clear the only position that requires a "natural born citizen" is the Pres. Its discriminating huh? Not really .. its a Qualification for a job. Not everyone qualifies to be a rocket scientist either but we would hire a grocery store specialist to fire rockets

@Code4Pres IF you dont like the current interpretation of the 14th amendment or our constitution in general, you can go take it up with the American Bar Association. If you really think that there is some sort of grand conspiracy out there, and that most Americans are just dumb or cant comprehend, you have every right to start a campaign to change its meaning.

The current interpatation of the 14 Amendment? There has been no court interpretation, there has been a memo to Congress that was mis leading and omitted the correct info of Minior v. Happersett. See my video Dumb and Dummber Jask Haskell memorandum. Thank you for the invitation I'd rather take it up with the Judical Branch Judges for the American Bar Association doesn't define the U.S. Constitution. The Supreme court already did, and Obama is headed south quickly... abandon ship.

You didn't have the time to read what I asked you to read to inform yourself that our Constitution makes a difference between the qualificatons of a Congressmen and the qualification so of a President. Now.., taking in consideration to what you said everyone has the right to be the President but the qualification demands for each office are different. Call it what you like, its American and its the document binding 50 states.

Will the elite purposely choose Romney as nominee to debate obama to prevent the NBC question from ever surfacing towards obama in a head on debate now that Romney's eligibility is also questioned because of the possibility his parents being Mexican citizens at the time of his birth? just a thought.

@mikestheman3 - My inclusion of Gov. Mitt Romney in this video has more to do with his not standing up FOR the Constitution in Obama's eligibility and running for President. With his money he has NOT stood up on this issue. He has received 100's of request about Integrity called for in U.S.C. defense for Pres. 2008-12

Your answer answer doesnt make sense. First of all the 14th amendment guarantee's Mitt Romney's eligibility requirement no matter where his parents where born. But the interesting part was how you answered His dad's citizenship issue. I would like to remind you that in this country we have something called due process of law. We dont treat one group differently then another group. Either your dad was born here, or he wasnt.

@slicbro Nice try! The 14th Amendment was never intended to over-ride Art. II Sect. I Clause 5 regarding the demand our Pres be a natural born citizen. Those in Congress who thought so got a memo from Jack Caskell that ommitted the baring on the law and if you read it (Amend XIV. it says those born or naturalized are "Citizens", not "natural born citizens". And due process of law has nothing to do with a "Qualification" demand enumerated in the Constitution. America demands a NBC as pres.

@Code4Pres See this is where things start getting murky.....Supose i asked you to define what a Natural Born citizen is?.....It can mean several difirent things according to who you ask. Most of our courts and academic scholars have simply chosen for it to mean someone who was legally born withing the teritories of the united states.

@slicbro No actually there are no courts that have defined Natural Born Citizen accept the U.S. Supreme Court in Minor v. Happersett " Those who were born in the U.S. to Citizen parents". People who want to change that definition for Obama make it murky.

@Code4Pres It is true that the supreme court has not addressed the issue of what constitutes a Natural Born Citizen. The Minor v. Happersett case focused mostly on voting rights. But the lower courts have given plenty of time to testimonial hearing regarding this issue. Especially over the last several year when a lot of groups tried to take the president to court regarding the issue of natural born citizenship.....every single court refused to buy their logic, meaning, and argument.

Not ONE single lower court has heard Obama's mis-deeds. They have had plenty of time to NOT hear anything because of technicality issues. Don't say that, .. not A SINGLE COURT since 2008 has heard Obama's Natural Born Citizen Crisis on the merits.. accept a 10th Amendment court that did find him guility of sedition and treason. Tomorrow, in Atlant Georgia an Adminstrative Court will hold a Trial and hear it for the very first time. Let's hope that Court proceeds well. I'm a Plaintiff.

Don't cloud the issue.Citizenship is not the same as natural born citizenship. Children born here without Citizen parents are NOT natural born citizens. They would be a native born...something Obama has claimed because his Dad was foreign. You need to google Judy v. Obama and read all 57 pages.
