  • I want one so bad...

  • its not yours then and wtf there is no such thing as ilamp

  • do u use an airport express to get wireless network or can u use like a netger router

  • @iizyxel

I have an airport extreme now but when I got this iMac I was using a linksys router that worked just fine with it.

  • apple lamp!

  • so how do you like your parent's imac?

  • Mamame el pito

  • Where did you get that lamp

  • WTF?! iLamp?

  • I'm gay as fuck and I don't care who knows it!

  • where did you get your table lamp?

  • Zach you're such a stud!

  • @FeatherfulHeatherful Heather zach made this video like... 2 years ago. haha this is chris btw.

  • @LetsJustSayChannel lol ik I just watched your review of Wii Sport Resort! xDDD

  • @FeatherfulHeatherful AHHHH thats so old. thats like... 4 years ago. haha

  • @LetsJustSayChannel YOU GUYS ARE SO CUTE

  • super drive is that dvd rom ?

  • Hmm, I'm planning on buying one of these in a few days. I can't wait :)

  • i can hear the crappy music more than what youre saying

  • i really want to be the head designer for mac someday

  • you can still play snake in this vid!

  • Wow, you have the Apple iLamp, with the new intel core b3 bulbs!

  • does anyone still sell the weird keyboard

  • They really seem to be amazing computer! But are they really worth like £999?? Also, I use msn, Facebook, YouTube and watch films and play the odd game on my laptop, is an iMac great for these kinds of things because I want it to fit these things greatly if I'm spending just under a grand on a iMac??

  • @LewTech

The iMac will easily do all of those things with ease! Although I've heard that the mac version of msn is not very good. This computer can handle just about anything you throw at it unless you're doing pro-level 3D modeling or something like that.

  • I like your lamp lol

  • Does the iMac have a Windows Word and powerpoint or similar mac one>?

  • @tommotlfc

It doesn't come with anything like that unless you buy it separately. Microsoft makes office for Mac or Apple makes iWork which is less expensive.

  • @tommotlfc I'll recommend OpenOffice :)

  • I'm goona buy a Mac and partion it so it can use windows xp also :-P

  • I want an iMac so bad!!!1

  • Hey bro! Which model do you have??

  • @gengeriscool

I have last year's 21.5" Base model ($1200 version) by now Apple has updated a couple things like the graphics card in these.

  • is it wort the money because i am getting one for blackfirday

  • @nerfmoderking

I guess it depends on what you're looking for in a computer. If you want a gaming rig, this isn't for you (although I do play some games on this) but for everything else in my opinion this is worth every penny!

  • @hjsummers98

It has iMovie installed (part of iLife) but not final cut.

  • iam watching this on my imac 21.5

  • Does it have a ''slot'' for earphones and USB? If so, where?

I'm getting one for Christmas btw :D

  • @loghen01

Yes it has an earphone plug and four USB ports =)

  • @loghen01 On the back.. Check out apple (dot) (com) (forward slash) imac

  • LONG LIVE APPLE! I want an iMac for Christmas ver very badly!!

  • i want one mac :( , my (PC) suck and always have virus, i m so fucking tired to boy antivirus

  • by the way can you just plug this in and it works or do you have to plug in into one of those box things you have under your desk i dont know what there called

  • @ThemediaTutorial

This is the entire computer! The screen is built right in.

  • @LetsJustSayChannel so the imac isnt just a monitor its a whole computer?

  • @ThemediaTutorials1

    Correct =)

  • @109190109190 yes g/b/n

  • You should've payed the extra £400 for the 27", you might think £400 is a lot of money, but its not much when you take a look at apple computers

  • Dude we don't use euros in the US you know.

  • @clemsontigers95 Thanks it is cheaper i will have to check it out.

  • were did you bought the apple lamp?

  • @iJassin He put a sticker on it!!!!

  • Man I love imac but they are very expensive! do you know anywhere online that is cheap to but this same one? other then apple.com?

  • can you connect the imac to any wifi channel

  • I think I'll just go for this. I don't need the extra power, and although the 27" would be something else, I don't know if it's worth the extra like $600.

  • Mine is shipping right now and it's killin me

  • i hope to buy one soon, i really would like to work for this computer...

  • Someone buy me one please?

  • @kilthebatman i will

  • @The1Macbook and for me too? Please!... :)

  • is this the smallest the imacs get?

  • @pacmon99

Yes, there is a 21.5" version (in the video) and a 27"

  • So there is Wi-Fi so i can just connect it like my iphone?

  • @maarek321

Yes, and it has ethernet as well.

  • does the imac have a disk thing so i can watch dvds

  • @Mrfluffypants1 Its on the right side of the screen, thought i would be a bit more helpful rather than just yup

  • Haha my lamp is from goodwill and it has an apple sticker on it (:

  • I'm not sure why I'm watching these unboxings instead of earning enough money to get one...

  • @ThePenguinMustFail I know what you mean.

  • @ThePenguinMustFail same situation. :/

  • @ThePenguinMustFail pretty much the story of my life.... lol (but im only 16 so...)

  • is the monitor wireless, too?

  • @MissKorea3232

This is the entire computer, the monitor is built in =)

  • this imac has stereo speakers built in?

  • @Kachiporra20

    Yes

  • i hate it when people put stupid music in the background .

Seriously i am not watching this to here a crap song. I am watching to see the unboxing

  • Can GTA 4 run on this? :P

  • @YouDead11 if its a mac game yes, if its a windows game you have to use bootcamp, but really, who would buy a mac and put windows on it? dumb idea..

  • i know how to work every computer.

The only difference is the software and

    features!

  • Can't hear you

  • i saw the imac 21.5" on lockerz for 2500 ptz and ill have just enough ptz on there to get it and a flip video Ultra HD :D

  • lol y buy when u can get it for free at lockerz thats how i got mine...in mint condition so ligit

  • Im going into 8th grade and i dont really take my pc laptop anywhere! i have another 5 years ahead of me before college and im trying to decide if i should get the 13in macbook pro or the imac. The imac is so much faster and more storage but the macbook pro is portable. If i got the macbook pro now in 5 years ill need a new one or maybe even earlier. which is a better choice?

  • @forg11111

I was in the same situation when i bought my iMac. I liked the portability of my PC laptop but didn't take it anywhere often! I decided i didnt absolutely need portability and went with the iMac, and I'm glad I did!

  • @forg11111 i think u should get the imac because you dont really need to use a laptop not into jr or in 10th grade you just buy the imac now and wait into last year of high school to buy a macbookpro they would probably have better verison of that laptob

  • @forg11111 wait for next macbook air

  • @forg11111 I also am in a similar situation, the imac is so much faster, and it has such a better design. it might not be portable, but if you were moving or something it would not be hard to move and its just alot better, i recomend imac

  • how money is 21.5" iMac

  • wow i like this pc it best best

  • @acoop91 Uhm, It's not a PC. It's a Mac.

  • @ScottLikesDinosaurs whatever

  • Haha yer lamp has an apple sticker on it! :) iLamp?

  • @Luigijacks iSee

    or iC?

    B)

  • does it have built in wireless? and will that work with a linksys router?

    thanks

  • @CSAKHS14 It has 802.11n wireless and wireless bluetooth. It should work with a linksys.

  • is this your own computer or ur familys

  • does it have a disk drive?how fast can you connect to safari?(seconds)

  • @flameshark101

It has a superdrive which plays/burns CDs and DVDs

I'm not sure what you mean with safari. It starts within 1 second, then most webpages (youtube, facebook etc.) will load in 1-3 seconds. It really depends on your internet connection though.

  • @flameshark101 depends on your connection speed

  • Cool video but don't show off by swinging you hair

  • I saw that flipping of hair ; )

  • Apple website this model £969,00.

For what you can get with a PC an accesories included for that price rips this Imac a new asshole.

    ( With a 1080p HD 21.5inch Monitor included)

  • @GamingFreaksHD Then don't search for an iMac video. People don't buy it for the apple logo or for the speed, they buy it for the OS. Leopard/snow leopard crushes any Windows.

  • @GamingFreaksHD yeah, but the thing with Macs are that they are better for certain things, creating music and graphics productions, but then a PC is better than Mac for documents and shit like that so either way it is a great machine

  • @InfiltrateDestroy93

    Fair play.

  • @InfiltrateDestroy93 Actually, I prefer using macs for business-related activities. Sadly enough, Microsoft office and OpenOffice are about the best office suites you can get on Windows. Microsoft Office: Mac is a slight step ahead of it's windows counterpart, and using iWork and/or the marvellous software developed by Omniweb is miles ahead of that. While iWork may be missing one or two features from Microsoft Office, at least you can actually use those features without pulling your hair out.

  • damn i wish i was rich like that kid.

  • does it have a bulit in camera?

  • nothing feels better than a new mac =D

  • This is completely irrelevant, however you are really cute!

Great Mac by the way.. mine should be delivered in a few days and i cannot wait! :D

I will post the video of my unboxing :)

  • HOW MUCH DID IT COST?

  • @skayteronline

    $1200 U.S.

  • PLEASE HELP: im 14 and i was wondering what would be a better first mac.

The Macbook 13" or the 21.5" iMac. Please, please help, i cant make my mind up!

  • @mybigfriendlysalami

Well the iMac is a lot more powerful than the standard macbook. The only reason I would get the macbook is portability! So if you absolutely need to have a portable computer, get the macbook. If not, get the iMac. Any mac you get is going to be a great "starter" mac (except for maybe the mac pro) so you don't have to worry about one being easier to set up than the other or something.

  • @mybigfriendlysalami At 14 you really don't need a laptop. I got a Toshiba laptop at 14 and still use it 18 months later and have regretted not getting a desktop for about a year and not getting a Mac for about three months. MacBook, although good, has absolutly no power. I'd trade my laptop for an iMac in a heartbeat. Also, 14 is a great age to get a desktop because when you go to college your iMac will be outdated and you can get a laptop when you really need one.

  • @mybigfriendlysalami another note: the imac 21.5" imac is generally more expensive than the macbook. Going portable is a good thing, but the macbook pro 13" is also cheaper than the imac. If you can spare the extra cash you'll get from the macbook, The macbook pro's power is unmatched by the other macbook brands. I't will still be cheaper. Just a suggestion anyway.

  • @bjclothier1 trust me, in England iMac is cheaper lol, £969 but MacBook Pro is like 1799 lol

  • I can't wait to get mine. I once had an iMac G5. Best computer ever, except it wasn't intel. Now I'm selling a 75 gallon reef tank and hope to buy this iMac afterwards.

    -Don

  • I wish they'd bring back the polycarbonate iMac for a budget iMac and add it along the current lineup. People really want cheap Macs and how many people think that a 19 inch iMac with a 250 GB hard drive and 2 GB of memory and a 2.0 Ghz dual-core processor would be a bad idea

  • I think it has to do with PC competitors, they know that whats selling is at least 3gb of Ram and 750gb of memory so they have to one-up them.

  • @chandru1103 ... no ...

In computing terms, 1 Terabyte of hard drive space and 4GB of RAM just makes sense. I mean, if you're getting 3GB of RAM, then it's not even going to be paired and you'll hit a performance hit right there. And amounts of RAM generally go up in multiplying the previous number by 2, ie 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, etc. And choosing 750 gig instead of 1 TB for a hard drive is like saying "How many centimetres should we make a metre? Oh, I know, about about 87 centimetres!"

  • @HaniiPuppy people running 32-bit MS programs are told to stick with a ceiling of 3gb is all I was saying and i have seen a wide range of HDD capacities including 640 and 750....just generalizing... I wasn’t being too specific.

  • @chandru1103 Actually, the limit for 32bit is closer to 3.5gig. Although the switch to 64bit on macs was silent and happened while 2gig of ram was the norm, so the 32bit ram limit didn't really apply to mac users.

  • @HaniiPuppy which is AWESOME! I am typing this on my iLove.

  • @YouHaveMetYourMaker The cheap mac is what the Mac Mini is for.

  • has the imac wireless lan ,too?or must you use a cable for internet?

  • Comment removed

  • It accepts ethernet direct connection in the back and has an airport for wireless connection. If you have a router all you need to do is plug it into the wall and you're done with set up. I would spring for the 1TB model not only because of its memory space, but also because it has a video card with memory which makes working with video way faster, (as someone who makes art films.)

  • im getting a imac 27 inch and was wondering are the imacs loud? as is the volume on them any good?

  • I have the 21.5" model so I don't know if there is any difference but mine is plenty loud, and I guess if it isn't loud enough you could always get some speakers.

  • i want to ask about the apple magic mouse.. that wireless one. do you need change the battery or something. or its just chargeable?

  • @killerhakie

    It uses AA batteries

  • @killerhakie I use it every day i never changed the battery

  • If you are going to have loud music playing in the background make sure to speak up.

  • gotta love the ''iLamp'' on your desk, lol

  • I am probably getting this after my bday in June

By the way, i have that same shirt lol

  • nice video man

  • Is The Magic Mouse HArd To Use

  • so its just a monitor, wireless keyboard,n magic mouse.........WoW...........3 things instead of 4 wired things......!!!!!

  • @fuzer25 thats the power of Apple, keep it simple.

  • @MrJackiemon1355

Any mac you get is going to be easy to get set up, but since this is an all-in-one computer you won't have to plug in any monitors, just the power cord! The setup process only takes about 5-10 minutes

  • @LetsJustSayChannel

So you won't have to plug in the Ethernet cable right?

  • @TheFireboy183

You can, but you don't have to.

  • @LetsJustSayChannel Does it need an AirPort Base Station?

  • @TheLuckAndLove

You can use any wireless router with it or ethernet.

  • @TheLuckAndLove No it doesnt it has its own built in

  • dos it have wi-fi connection

  • Nice Apple sticker on the lamp shade. :)

  • can u connect a ps3 with it?

  • can someone tell me if the imac can play blu ray send me a message on my channel thnks

  • @L3G1TxB345T1

No it can't play Blu ray only DVDs

  • @L3G1TxB345T1 Mac OS X supports blu-ray, but you need an external reader.

  • you can buy it in lockerz send me a message with your e mail and ill invite you

  • How's the sound from thee speakers in the system cuas I want to get a imac as my next computer cuas my pc has way to many slow downs oh and dose the preformace keep up or dosw it slow down over time?

  • @hitachi654

The sound is actually very crisp and clear despite the speakers being internal. Great for listening to just about anything! It hasn't slowed down since day one at all but obviously if you install a bunch of crap software on it it will get slower!

  • So im just saying cuas i have a few games and my windows pc is slow now its a pretty fast system but im not gona fill my mac up if i get one and thanks for the input it really helped im still looking for info about them before i think of buyinh one

  • @LetsJustSayChannel ^ ^ ^ I find that only to be true if you have something like 20 programs running at once (press cmd + tab or look at the dock to check your open programs) or when you're down to about the last 5-10% of your hard drive.

  • @hitachi654 I have had macs for years and they never slow down :)

  • @hitachi654 i have a mac dude the sound is amazing + it goes really loud toooo

  • cool cuas i want to get an imac and i like to play audio with lots of bass i know they are just internal but if my system is not hooked up i still would like some nice sound.

  • Didi you really hold the powerbutton for 6 sec to start up?

  • @flashlighte

I thought i needed to but all you really have to do is tap the button for it to start up!

  • nice editing !!

  • you can play games gta 4, call of duty 6?

  • @kaizer9090

Via bootcamp yes, but you can't run them natively in OS X unless mac versions are made.

  • @LetsJustSayChannel oh ok thnaks for the answer

  • *Drools over Apple products*

  • xDD Omg... i mgetting a iMac 21.5 SOON!!! Omg.... o.o what virus protection do i download for it? DLSKDLSA;K cause like i get on myspace and stuff xDD

  • @LilBaby1366 u dont need virus protection for mac

but if you want you can dl it but it is useless

  • @rammi126 there are viruses for Macs...just use common sense and you don't even need virus protection on Windows computers

  • i'm going to go and buy one tomorrow! actually, i'm going right now!!!!!!!!!

  • Oh god i'm so excited for mine! Comes in the mail tomorrow, i'm dying and my patience is running out! xP

  • I might buy one.

  • what the tune in the background?:)

  • but dont you need 2 cords plugged into it???...power and ethernet
