  • I love videos that gives information, really. Learned something new.

  • My mother also had an embolization in Peru i wish she never had it went wrong because it erupted somewhere else. She survived, but with sequelae, she has a long way for recovery. I love her very much and i miss her.

Vasospasm happens after surgery i think is what happened with my mother, I konw ..it hurts. =(

  • I have lost my Mum to brain aneurysm. She survived the initial bleeding and was taken to hospital. She was fine before the operation. Doctors were insisting on doing the operation and were telling us that re-bleeding is very likely if they don't operate. After the clipping operation Mum got worse and went into coma, she had 3 strokes after. She died 5 days after the operation. Doctors blame the vasospasm but I think something was done wrong during the operation. I really don't know. It hurts

  • In 2000 my mum had brain aneurysm, she died instantly, she was just 38, mother of 7. RIP. In 2008 i had two the same, now i have two big scars, but im alive and healthy, so whoever survives, my best wishes and who dont.... RIP.

  • I had one ten years ago and Im doing fine so if it happens to anyone take each day as it comes you have good and bad days but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. My father died of a cerebal haemorrhage when I was five years old then my anerysm burst when I was thirty.

  • I'm sixteen and ive had an unsuccessful brain surgery four months ago and now I'm getting more Mri's done because I am still having the dizzines and the extreme headaches so they are checking for aneurysms and the doctors saw in one of my past mri's that some of my blood vessels in my brain are starting to curve so does that me that there is a good chance that I could have one? :(

  • My grandmother had migraine headaches that lead to Brain Aneurysm

She past away...I also get migraine headaches like she did. I scared that

    i might have Aneurysm i'm only 31

  • Im sorry for your lost the same thing happened to my Uncle he was only 29 i wish i could of done something but they say the good die young and he was good but he will live on forever in my heart

  • I'm sorry. My aunt had a Aneurysm in 2005. She and i were extreamly close. And she WAS my second mother.. And it was heart shattering that i was never able to say goodbye to her before it happened. And It kills me to this day that i never went to see her before i went to the airport. It stuck me then and their. As the plane took off. I bursted into tears. And i will never see her. Untill the day we go to her wake. I will never be able to see her alive again...

  • My 19 year old son was diagnosed with artery anerysm 4 years ago. The procedure is not available in Canada yet. I was told by his doctor if they touched him he would die on the table. He takes low dose aspirin every day to prevent clots. He is a ticking time bomb. He has given up on his life at this point and doesn't care what happens to him. I am so scared for him cause I love him so much. I don't know what I would do if something happened to him. I'm so sorry about you;r mom :( I feel for you.

  • I can relate, Sorry about your mom! I also lost my momtwo years ago and it's hard.

I have two children and I am living with two renal artery anerysms, for the past almost two years, and I'm also being tested for MS. Their is hardly any information on these anerysms, they are very rare!

i hope you are doing better , we should keep in touch!
