  • I hope you can get through this man, you gotta try not thinking about it. I worried over these for a long time and they brought anxiety, panic attacks, some kid of hypochondria ( i worried I was going to die all the time), I still have them and they are destroying my days (not life, but days that I have them in hehe), As a mattewr of fact im having pvcs as Im writing this comment :), The doctors say its benign and dont do shit about them, but they dont understand what it is to have pvc, it sucks

  • PVCs are benign for the most part... if they are in singles and doubles. When they are 3 or more in a row they are considered V-tach. This is a problem. I get them sometimes. Its certainly a troubling feeling to feel an arrhythmia. I'm a marathon runner.

Also, being tired will certainly increase the frequency of PVCs in my experience.

  • @capltd29 I just had an unsuccesfful ablation for my pac's.22,000 a day. it was coming from the his bundle. can't ablate or leaves me with a pacemaker. doctor wants me to try multaq.

    what do you think????

  • Man, I feel for you. I have the motherfuckers as well. Now that I think of it, I ALWAYS had them from time to time, but guess what? I didn't care for the most part. Only recently I went through a bad, bad bout of anxiety with almost daily panic attacks and they came back with a vengeance, I'm convinced I'm going to die every time they happen. It sucks. My GP told me basically to piss off and go see a psychiatrist, which I'm about to do in an hour or so. Also starting psychotherapy. We'll see...

  • I've had PVC's for 12 plus years. I find the more i think about them the more i feel them, i also find that drinking plenty of water makes a big difference. I guess they are harmless, i've had them for years as i said, but they suck. I really need to exercise more, i think i used the PVC;s as an excuse NOT to exercise and thats really not good. Anyway, peace to all. Something will get us all someday but i don't think it will be the PVC's!

  • They're harmless and fairly common, I heard 1 in 4 adults will experience them at some point. They're only serious if there's an underlying heart condition.

  • anyway, thank you for some of the things you've said, i've got some sort of reasurance from some of the things you said... seeya

  • hey dude, i've had this feeling in my chest the past 4 days, but i've always been parranoid about my heart, now i've realised i may have some sort of iregular beat or something but its scary, what i have noticed though is, its part my heart and part anxiaty... when you think about it, you can feel it more then when your active or take your mind off it... i was drunk last night and i did not have it once... but woke up in the morning and i couldnt go back to sleep with it.. but its worse in bed

  • but its a really strange feeling like a twitch in my chest, but since i felt it i've been parranoid constantly, i cant sleep proply now, at all, i think i should go check it up. i dont understand why its only happened recently, but sometimes i notice my heart goes very fast, randomly, without exercise, as if a panic attack, but not so panicing. i'm going too go the doctors anyway too find out.

  • Hey dude, i also suffer from heart palpatations and have since i have 16 years old. im 22 now and still get them i've been to the doctors had ECG done...blood tests...ect all came back normal. the palpatations i fuffer from are skipping beats, fluttering in the chest, forefull beating, its been 6yrs now and the flutting till gets to me when doing spots i have to stop what im doing take deep breaths wait for them to pass then i carry on :) ... like most ppl say dude dont live in fear of them GL

  • Hi there! I totally understand how you feel! I get pvc's too and they are the most scariest thing I've ever had to deal with. I am 29 yrs old now but they started when I was 24. I completley shut down when I get them. I just freak out , but now I have so much supprt from people that have them to. People with Pvc's on yahoo support group. You should try it. It helps so much to read everybodys post and to know we are not the only ones suffering. Try and stay strong you will be ok ! =)

  • Trust me when I say that your doing more harm then good by freaking out. I freaked out many many times, I went to the hospital for every skipped beat or palputations. I feel sorry for you because you remind me of me. I'll keep you in my prayers my friend. Take care and you'll be just fine you watch and see.

    James

  • Hey big guy, I just wanted to offer you some emotional relife by sharing with you that I also I have been suffering from PVC's, I've had them for many many years now. Sometimes I can feel my heat beat at night and I couldn't sleep. I still have them even til this day. I feel my heart beat or skipping beats all the time.

  • how long did one of your episodes last?

  • It depends. Sometimes it's just the odd beat every now and then...when I was at my worst every few minutes.
