  • Dang, he was cruising!!!!

  • surely 0:11 isn't 15 degrees :P

  • surely 0:11 isnt 15 degrees :P

  • If you blink you will miss it. Nice take-off . The Boeing 737-700 is the best

  • Hes getting ready for the unrestricted climb... lol

  • damn that thing is MOVING!!

  • how did you film that? were you on the other side?

  • thats a HOT plane! gorge lol

  • @chrisbartley88 I agree!

  • nice.

  • I think he might have been giving you a little show there.....

  • so cool!!!

  • nice graphics XD

  • lol, i bet that pilot rotated at 230 knots for purpose ;)

  • @xXfutureflyaXx Well yea, they can pull up to about 15-20 Degrees until they get a positive rate of climb, or do they?!

  • Please. Anyone. Watch my videoes and sub please!! :)

  • Delta new livery... the best in the world!

  • You shot this whilst it was pelting down with snow in england!

  • wow you really get a sense of speed here, you don't see that a lot. Probably hitting 180-200mph as it passes by the camera.

  • Those guys were gonna ride ground effect to the mainland.. lol

  • i dont get it

  • @stewiehen The captain is purposely staying low to buzz the beach!

  • Wow! Nice filming angle, the 737 got really near you! Great vid man!

  • approaches there much better)

    but this's cool too)

  • Nice videos man wish i could go there!

  • OK i got a dumb question but do they still take off the other way are just come in form the ocean and back to the ocean without flying over the mountain.

  • @SaberTanker22 Take off's are determined by the wind direction.

  • wow. its the first time i see a takeoff not from runway 9. haha. why is that so? wind direction?

  • anyone knows the runway length here?

  • @stickturn 2100 meters :)

  • @fsxthai thanks:)

  • @stickturn its 7100 ft around there

  • @skbenergy thanks:)

  • Whoa, Geez what fast!!!

  • hi if you want to join a va there is a new one on simfly.eu called east midlands international plz join you could get ur own airplane

  • GGGEEEEEEZZZZZZZUUUUUUUUUSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!! Man were they hauling ass or what???

  • damn loo at that sunnabitch go he haulin ass!!!!

  • I like the Boeing 737.

  • why did they pull up the Gear so early? :D

  • Nice... Thanks for sharing. Smooth takeoff...

  • WOW!!!

  • Not that i did`nt like it but it seemed like a very typical takeoff. Just saying.

  • i rode on that plane!!!!!

  • You guys forget SXM has a small runway, for this it seems the take-offs are them doing it on purpose, even the approaches have to be low.

  • F****in amazinggggggggggggg!!!!

  • O.K.

  • This is a real lovely video.. the landing gear closed off so fast and the sound was amazing and the flight went off sooooo fast...

Amazing.. Jon's collection should receive a standing ovation :) cheers !!

  • The pilots dont do anything different, they just take off

  • how come when i went there, no planes took off over maho beach?

They flew in over it, though

  • @SNAZZYGOLDFISHES ...........wind direction is what determines the approach and departure pattern. {typically}.

  • vvveeeeeeeeeeeEeeeeEEEEEEEEEEEEEUUUUUUUUOOOOMMMmmmmmmm love it!

  • i had no idea planes took off from a starting point of rwy 27. Goes to show how inexperienced i am with St. Maarten..... :D

  • I saw this a while ago but it is stll the best video of all time, and yeah, that guys is right, the ST. Maarten pilots do that!

  • excellent video..... i have 2 questions how did you get the subscribe sign in such a good way above video??? ,,,,,and the other one is that how did you get the 3 videos at the ends??

  • 0:12 <<<<Repeat button

  • i love how the pilots at St. Maarten however slight it might be try to buzz the beach on purpose.....they dont get danger close but they dont exactly pull up immeadiatly after takeoff and wait till they pass the beach lol....love it

  • @xXfutureflyaXx what

  • @MrFb346 watch between 0:13-0:19 and you will see that the 737 after liftoff from the runway stays at a pretty constant altitude until it passes the beach at which point it proceeds to climb like a standard 737 departure......watch some other 737 takeoff vids and compare the angle of the takeoff immediately after liftoff and you'll see what i mean

  • @xXfutureflyaXx They take-off when they reach a before-take off calculated speed...

  • @xXfutureflyaXx Umm, dude, that sounds really nice in theory :) I'd like to think that too, but I hate to say, but nothing can be further from the truth. Perhaps a general aviation pilot could pull that off. But an airliner full of people is serious business. If a pilot ever did that, they would lose their job. Guaranteed. The pilot pulls up when its rotation speed, not a second earlier, and not a second later...Hate to sound like the party pooper ;)

  • @jlebesis @jlebesis Yea man trust me i know that they rotate at their calculated VR speed just like they would at any other airport but if you compare this to another 737 takeoff vid from anywhere its not obvious but their takeoff angle is just slightly lower. Nothing dangerous or even suggestive of not following proper procedure but you can tell its slightly less steep than a normal takeoff. Maybe there not "exactly buzzing the beach" but its slightly closer. Anyways whatever just enjoy the vid

  • @xXfutureflyaXx I love how close those 747 pilots get when they land and takeoff there. Closest ive been to the fence while landing in the sim there is 10 feet with a Delta Boeing 777-232LR.

  • @xXfutureflyaXx yeah, you're right...i noticed they didnt rotate too much on takeoff

  • Is this runway 27?

  • Is this your flight simulator oder real life ? ^^ xD

  • It's funny to me there is a community of people that get their rocks of taking pictures of planes, sharing and tracking them. Yet again some of you would think what I do for fun is silly

  • There are hardly airplanes that take off this way in St.Maarten... But this one is special flight.! :P

  • OMG there are 666 likes!!! :o

  • @shiptech2k9 Wow, this video is satanically liked!!

  • @Jet390 Haha! As long as it's liked :)

  • 9 people must`ve thought that bubble was pointing at the dislike button.

  • looks normal to me, am i missing something?

  • @williamhad I think what you are missing is that most planes have a more VS rate of clime he had a slow one and a fast gainning airspeed :)

  • @williamhad watching the landing is an incredible thrill because of how near the plane is to the shore (i'm sure you know why). since the plane was taking off from the other end (which is not always the case), the pilot stays low to give the same thrill to onlookers by keeping low and climbing when further out.

  • WOUUUUSH !!! Amazing!

  • I don't think that is a normal takeoff, so the pilot tried to be cool for the crowd! HAHA!

  • Right over the beach!

don't see that too often on TNCM t/o eh?

    great video

  • Boy these things are fast!

  • I think he was showing off too. Haha. I WOULD!

  • Boeing the best!

  • @boeingfan882 Right on. Boeing is the best :)

  • @boeingfan882 airbus the amazing!

  • Fuckk its so fast !!!

  • B...e...a....Utifulll amazing upload =)

  • Porn to mah ears :D

  • Where is the A340?

  • @AWorldExposure In another video

  • Landing at St Maarteen, view from cockpit ;):

    watch?v=5jZy9k-lbuo

  • that's why flying a commercial aircraft is fun even after 30 years in business!

  • the pilot was showing of to the peeps on the beach lol :P i would of too

  • Isn't this just a plane taking off?

  • Lol did that on purpose I guess... awesome ;)

  • Man that's fast!

  • its amazing to see such a big monster go so high and so fast into the sky.

  • It's very interesting to see a 737 perform a "Constellation-Style" takeoff. Not only looks very classic, but also consumes less fuel!!!

  • 9 people got backslapped by a 747's landing gear...

  • How often do you go to SXM Jon?

  • whats the airport ICAO code for St. Maarten

  • @emirates862

    TNCM :)

  • @dak1lla90 thanx buddy

  • @emirates862 TNCM

  • LOW NOISE =)

  • dont you just love how those 5-30 people give it a thumbs down just to make Jon mad?

  • NAVEY pilot lol

  • Sweet shot.. great resolution

  • Really good shot Jon. They were taking off to beach direction? If so, never saw that case at St. Marteen. Very nice again, as always of course O.O

  • that was great wish somebody had one like that with an old Convair 707 727 747

  • @XA395XA some thing with Airstrike or Airstrike I am going to search in my mail cause in of the founders asked me to make a logo for them I will keep you up to date don't worry :)

  • @XA395XA uhm if I am right it's name is now

  • good graphics man

  • @LandForceCommand it's not a simulator!! Jon's in St. Martaan right now.

  • @penny2g3 Lol i know just kidding,Pretty cool take off though

  • They bring that gear up so fast at TNCM!

  • yikes!

  • They didn't at a steep angle because they didn't have enough lift, if you look carefully, the pilot didn't use flaps for takeoff.

  • LOOOOOOOOVVVEEEEEEEEeee IIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTt

  • @shavon743 ?

  • @TTDMFfreaknew ?? what?

  • The reason why they did that is because they saw Jon

  • Wow !

  • Thats awesome man btw do you know what happened to Flying dutch man forum ?

  • @TheWishal hey man ive been looking for it too but it says that they moved to another website. can you keep me updated plz??? =]

  • @TheWishal continental is bye bye now.

  • Yea I went on a continental flight 2 days ago glad i got to do it before all thier planes say "UNITED".

  • @ned987 ha, good point. But I dought they will be all painted United soon. Look at delta song, they still had song-painted planes flying a year and a half after they closed song.

  • Nice. But Delta! Really? Look at my user name.

  • ????????????? what is amazing?

  • very nice! I love 737s!

  • JUST AMAZING!

  • Wow. You can already tell it's a pilot from the navy. XD

  • thats awesome = Favo!

  • amazing!

  • jon do you mind telling me how many FPS you have on you fs9

  • I didn't know planes take-off from runway 27 until I watched this video

  • @latioswow As with all airports, depends on the wind conditions

  • @831Aviator All airports apart from Lukula!

  • Hey man, I've watched every single one of your videos the day they have been uploaded and not even one of them display a negative characteristic...awesome work! What are your PC specs?

  • thumbs up dude!!

  • TNCM, BEST AIRPORT IN THE WORLD!!! GR8 VID MAN

  • that's like a damn low-pass at an airshow.. not a civil flight!

crazy pilot! gotta love that guy! ;p

  • INSANE !

  • Nice!, a show for the beach people =P

  • I think the pilots who depart on runway 28 purposly keep the deck angle low, just to give the beach goers a good fly-by :) Great video.

  • Haha, the pilot deffinately did that for the spectators :P

  • THAT WAS THE MOST AMAZING PLANE VIDEO EVER!!!! I JUST HAD AN ORGASM!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • EPIC.

  • Wow!

This is something you would expect with an russian freighter or somthing but not a delta 737

  • Wow, never knew the runway had that much slope... Fast gear retraction! Beautiful video!

  • One day I'm just going to get on one of those things and go for a ride and come back home.

  • Recording at the end of the runway is better because you can see how fast the plane goes at take off speed. Also don't zoom in too much, keep the ground in the frame

  • WOW what a capture

  • wow, this game has some awesome graphics =D

  • ive seen many planes land and take off but damn is it just me or was that fast a hell

  • What Flight Simulator is that?! The Textures are looking real o.O

  • @Micha4277 This is real...

    Are you sarcastic?

  • @DetEJagDe

Well, i see that this isn't a simulator or anything else. OK?

  • @Micha4277 Okay, then you were sarcastic...

  • @DetEJagDe

i forgot to add " Nice video"...

  • amazing, never seen a 737 as heavy as this plane

  • i have never seen one takeoff in that direction

  • good job, but shoulda filmed the climb!

  • fake planes, fake skies, fake.

  • @GatewayDXSeries how is that fake?, douchebag

  • @TheCav94 nah i was just trolling, lol. Nice video.

  • very nice

  • Great Footage once again

  • hey Jon,

Are you at Princess at 20.12.10 there?

Air Berlin is coming with A330.

    1st german airline there :)

  • @sawtrycolts Rarely can happen i "Rarely" Preform go around well i was To Low Terrain and a crosswind my wheels touched the ground and i overshot it and TO/GA saved lives. However thats beside the point look at the dirrection of the plants blowing You're right winds rarley change but it looks like IMC conditions.

  • amazing video welldone

  • @sawtrycolts When the pilot in command make the dession to take off the opisite dirrection.

  • @sawtrycolts I'm affraid your mistaking, I work for Delta Airbus a320-211 and it all depends on the wind if the wind is coming from the Sea side of the the runway you can't take off into the mountains. You have to take off into the wind which helps you gets off the ground faster. When the wind is coming from the mountains you have to take off facing them then after landing gear is up you start your turn right avoiding the mountains. It all depends on the wind Mostly Their are some Conditions

  • WOW!!! that's awesome reminds me of the old Southwest Airlines commercial where the F/A is on the runway and has a 737-200 fly over her! Great vid going into my favorites

  • DELTA!!!
