Theres products now that you can purchase in your local beauty supply store, that already include such ingredients such a mayo, olive oil, and avocado without the horrible smell. I recommend web surfing these products and viewing the customers review for the most effective product. Or ask the co- workers for such an excellent product!
i have a really dry and frizzy hair... and seriously its unmanageable.. it really annoyed the hell outta me.. and so i decided to google it and i did my research.. i came across this one site, and one of the point stated that dry hair like mine need to use deep hair conditioners... i've never tried it.. so i was wondering.., does this technique shown in this video REALLY works?...
@AshKatalyst If you do it correctly yes it does :] Some more tips: Use half of a ripe avocado in the mix and just mash it up. Also, when cleaning out the solution, use cold/luke warm water because the egg in the mix can scramble if it gets too hot. Using cold water gives your hair lots of shine as well, even when you don't use a deep conditioner.
important tip that he left out is rinse your hair with cool water, if not your going to have cooked eggs in your hair and cool water also helps to close the cuticles you opened with with saran wrap.
@kawazaki23 Well you kind of have to wash it out, sweety, so water is quite crucial. Depending on your hair type, what shampoo/conditioners you usually do and what environment you're in, it can last from a couple days to a couple weeks.
@xginax124 when do you put deep conditioner in your hair when your done shampooing and then you put it and then you use normal conditioner? or before shampooing and conditioning
@modernmom Hi, i use olive oil for my hair oiling once in a week after that i shampoo & condition my hair with normal temparature of water but while taking a shower my hair falls & it makes me worried. plz help me out in this case by telling me an easy 'home Remedy'.
@pinkxvenom it just makes you smell like a sandwich until you wash it out. lol my mom used to use this for my weekly deep conditioning. it makes your hair very soft
the eggs for me anyway worked. i dont know but the mayo.......i heard eggs are a good source of protein and also shine. i would probably put alil olive oil (shine) in it and wrap it up for bout 30 mins. or longer. then just shampoo and condition normally. it honestly doesnt smell that bad if you shampoo twice.
@luvanimals209 : I would not use readymade mayo but only olive olive with egg yolk and honey...this does not smell too intense and the smell will not remain after shampooing. It´s a bit yucky, yes, but it really conditions well - and it is better than most expensive hair care products (I tried many and was never satisfied).
Thank u so much for your tips. livinghealthydotcom!

@soccermonster95 You could just use a plastic grocery bag, wrap your hair in it like you would a towel and then tie it on top :]

Seems like a walking omlet. You might as well go to the corner diner and order
a #2 breakfast.

Baykins 1 year ago
@Baykins go buy olive oils
HitaroX 1 year ago 12
@Baykins try vegetable oil or grapeseed oil. If you don't have any either you can just use mayo and eggs.
