@ilovepurses24 Lol red velvet cake isn't yellow it's more of a subtle chocolate cake. It has cocoa powder in it. And it's more often than not paired up with cream cheese frosting, which makes the cake. Yeah, it doesn't have to be red. The red is more for presentation, but don't people always want food to look presentable/delicious?
