This thing hit 154db on a 36hz test tone (might have been +/-2hz don't remember lol) when my friend had the box tuned and repositioned. Keep in mind this video was shot with 3 windows open, we just shot this to show off lol. I'm not sure what it could do below 30hz tho, haven't really seen this car since we recorded this vid since it got totaled 4 months later D:

His roof flexing isn't going to make a 5 db difference. 5 db equals to be 1.5 times as loud, and with the speakers/power he's running, that's a big difference.

Personally I've had them both ways, and I think it sounds better and WAY louder when you have it facing towards you. If you want more flex out of your vehicle then face them towards the back. But it doesn't make them slap harder.

Id suggest a battery thats ment for car audio, Like Kinetik Stinger XS power I;d more or less g o with Kinetik b.c they put a speacial jell on the inside of it. . but youll also need a battery Isolator or the batterys will wear each other out.
