I tried watching boys over flowers because everyone said it was good but it was awful

how can the girl fall in love with a guy who once told other guys to rape her?!?!? people keep saying it was so cute! was it just me who thought that the drama was awful?

Props to you for making this. It really ticks me off that it's somehow normal and acceptable for violence like this to be so commonplace in these TV programs. The guy always gets the girl with that nasty possessive behavior, too. Does this emulate a general pattern in South Korean society?

i like a lot of the dramas shown but i dont think people understand that a lot of the bickering the guys and girls do in korean dramas are forms of verbal abuse (calling someone ugly, incompetent, undesirable) and also korean dramas not all but a lot are misogynistic/a bit backwards and sexist!

The whole point of the video is that you see how kdramas sneak violence in and make it OK. Sure, they're not punching them in the face, but it's still wrong to drag and push women around. Just because the main characters are supposedly in love with these women does not make it right. I mean, in My Lovely Sam Soon, the guy punches a picture and shatters the glass right behind her head!

If you have watched the dramas you should know that there is nothing to do with them being women in case there is violence in those scenes, what's mroe, most of them are not even violence scences. When watching the dramas, it's not really all that "violent." Plus this creepy song makes it seem worse, especially when you put all the "violent" scenes together.

Its so unfortunate that the girl from Boys over Flowers that he threatend to snap her neck commited suicide (hanging herself) this past March....such a loss..but the way this vid is set up..its not true cause the guys dont hit the girls and they drag them with them not to hurt them...it happens in all the Korean Drams

@sarah5506 i think her name is Jang Ja-yeon she was the mean girl in the show called Sunny she was the leader...quiet a few of these young girls have commited suicide and its said to be due to the exploitation. This girl wrote a 7pg letter telling who she was forced to perform sexual favors for and I guess it was too much she took her life..So sad....I hope this helps sarah5506...
