I love this clip! My budgie Kiwi started talking a while ago and now he knows how to do it there's no stopping him! He copies everything! He's so camera shy though but I'll take the advice you gave the other guy and just start filming everything and hope he gets used to it! Maybe I'll have a clip to post soon!

Oh Petrol, you're tha bomb! My budgie Vito loves this video too, he starts chatting away every time I play it. He doesn't copy Petrol's sounds, he just uses his own usual phrases and noises, it's like they're having a conversation, sooooo funny!

Just in this clip, Petrol has used around 13 words and quite clearly too. What is the extent of his vocabulary (ie. how many)? BTW, whenever I feel down I look at this clip! Petrol is fun, he should run for Prime Minister! The word "B-daaang" should be a new slang for "hot or sexy" like describing a fancy car or a hot babe.

actually the only other things he said (and this came later) was a more clear version of "i'm horny" as well as a solid rendition of "get fuc*ed" (my house mate taught him). i still roll on the floor laughing when i see this clip and i have seen it many, many times!
