  • If Guy Gabaldo doesn't deserve the Medal of Honor, who does? He exemplfies the multi-culturalism of America with his hispanic origain and Japanese background. He risked his life and suffered injury to single handedly bring in 1,500 Japanese on Saipan.

  • I'm Mexican American , and I'm proud of all the Mexican American heroes that took part since the civil war, wwi, wwii and still serving the Call Of Duty .Fighting for freedom and giving their own life for the sake of our Brothers in Arms..

  • I was at the 60th anniversery on Saipan where I met his wife, Guy was ill and in Florida then and could not travel. He really was a hero, he saved so many lives. He deserves the MOH. I am glad he wrote the two books.

  • He's a hero and will be missed. May godbless him and his family. Guy will always be in our heart.

  • True hero that will be remembered not for taking lives, but for saving lives from the horrors of the imperial japanese.
