  • terrible form, no full range of motion, too fast.......Basically the type of shit i see day in day out in the gym. Would be far more impressive if he did it properly with 10kg less, than being a macho OAP lifting more than he can handle.

  • Dumbbell bench presses allow you to extend the vertical range of motion, and is therefore a more effective exercise for the pecs than a standard barbell bench press. However, the key is to use full ROM, which is not occurring in this video. As such, this guy is basically showing off, and not doing a very good job of it. Poor form and terrible technique doesn't get you anywhere. Plus, your gym attire is lame.
