Dumbbell bench presses allow you to extend the vertical range of motion, and is therefore a more effective exercise for the pecs than a standard barbell bench press. However, the key is to use full ROM, which is not occurring in this video. As such, this guy is basically showing off, and not doing a very good job of it. Poor form and terrible technique doesn't get you anywhere. Plus, your gym attire is lame.
