Thanks man i am a muslim an i been meditatiing 5 times a day, it feels so good to submit to Allah it a BEAUTIFUL feeling that only a true muslim would feel, it is a way to get in touch with your highest self, the best part of you as a human being, i know some ignorant would probably comment with some negative attitude all i want to say to them is give it a try, it might be the best decision you ever made in your hall current life and later, the true religion is Islam, it is amazing and BEAUTIF
hi, i really like yr suggestions n will use them next time. i started my journey into islam abt a year ago n during my meditations, surrendering is the hardest thing to do. like u said, it's more than just thinking 'i surrender' in yr mind. i think the longest journey one ever makes is from the mind into the heart, and who knws how long that can take.
The concept of surrender is the basic foundation of Islam....like you stated, a muslim is one who surrenders completely and without hesitation........im muslim but have not surrended yet......need to let go of temptation....money......materialism......and thats why as muslims, we believe that prophets like Jesus, Moses and Noah etc were muslims....since they all let go and submitted to God...and thus were sucessful and super stars in their own right
I started by watching your video on the silent mantra a while ago and it has done wonders. Never thought to watch your other posts, but now I've just watched 5 in a row. Thank you for your posts. Very well explained and I can relate to them in so many ways. Can't wait to try out these new techniques. Keep the videos coming :)
Often, when nothing else seems to work, just reading a little Rumi will lead me to a better state of mind. I find the concept of the Divine as the Ultimate Lover, which flows through his writings, to be deeply reassuring, when despair rears its ugly head in my life.
Excellent..We just need to do nothing, just surrender completely..not only our body but our thoughts also..Dont struggle with thoughts but just let them go...
You have a beautiful spirit. All day, I've been challenged to "trust" in numerous ways. Somehow I perchanced across your video. Perfect timing. Thank you.
Great video! I've personally done this meditation and the act of surrending is truly life-changing. When you are done with this meditation, you sense a shift of perspective. You gain better focus on your surroundings and on how much you are connecting to everyone and everything. Just beautiful. Thank you for posting! I've subscribed so I'm looking forward to more of your videos :)
I can totally understand what you mean...i had experienced that when i was too much depressed and i gave it all up to God..its full of joy..one sees the real in everything...everything is great as it is ..
i think i did this before i saw this video and iv only recognised it for what it is now.would a feeling of 'oneness'(with one's chosen deity) be expected as the outcome?
I had a really cool experience yesterday doing a similar meditation. My awareness has left my body (my arms only), and I was able to move them around, while being physically still.
This could have been a partial out-of-body experience, which tends to be easier to do when the mind is in a state of surrender, not trying to control anything and not expecting anything. As cool as that may sound, I would suggest not trying to grasp onto the experience. Allow it to happen or not to happen, and realize that the experience is not an end in itself. :)
good video, alhamdulillah.

I find that when one expects an outcome, it often creates an unwanted mental pattern that can make it harder to achieve deeper states of meditation.
A sense of oneness is certainly a common experience. :)

wonderful, it is working, I already noticed that, I am muslim.
However, you have brought it from an other angle , and it is a very good way to tolerate and accept difference.
Your techniques are really good.

I am very glad to hear that you are experiencing good results with these techniques.
I hope to bring tolerance wherever and whenever I speak. There's enough intolerance in this world for centuries to come. :)

How does this relate
