Well lets see. He has continued and expanded almost ALL of things Bush was criticized for doing that were unconstitutional.
He didnt close Guantanamo, he didnt end the war in Iraq, he expanded the warrantless wire tapping program. Then he tells people to spy on each other. Those dont need sources their common knowledge.

Somehow, the US Constitution needs better safeguards. No President should be able to over-ride any aspect of the Constitution. The subject of Executive Orders needs to be looked at very closely. There seems to be too much power here, and too much potential for subversion, corruption, and abuse. We have a wonderful system here in the United States...but it needs to be refined and safeguarded. Our country is in grave danger at this time. The bailout was a sellout to the International Banksters.

Actually, Congress can change the Constitution. That is what an Amendment is. They can repeal aspects and change aspects of the constitution, but it has to be a 'Super Majority' vote.

There is no provision within the Act that protects Americans. It is a super-powerful piece of legislation that can snowball into exactly what happened to Germany just before WWII.
Germany was a Democracy (It may have been a republic. Not sure 100%) before the Fire of 2/27/1933. Hitler was given those powers freely and lawfully by the current government.
He too was given the power of an 'Enabling Act' to freely choose who was and was not an enemy of the State.

i think he's referring to rules some precincts have that may target certain classes of people. there was actually a huge story in the 2000 election where florida police in an area set up checkpoints and were holding black people until voting closed.
