He wrote it with a friend at the age of 14 and was singer of a band called rusty nails in Nepal! Nowerdays living in germany and a real good friend and best composer ever (thats what I think! :-) )

@zegan82 "mero" and "meri" are similar. "meri" is a pronoun used for females while "mero" is for guys. The guy is singing the song for a girl and hence "meri maya" as in "my love" :)
