I like this app VERY much, very clean, resourceful, efficient and innovative. That being said as I enjoy the functionality of it, perhaps you could add a bit more for higher-end users, such as (like Google Chrome) a new tab '+' button for opening a new instance, and a sliding transition when opening/closing tabs. And when hiding tabs, have them slide in or out of view instead of fading. And on maximized tabs, allow a time limit on how quick the tabgroup appears. I hope you consider these. :)

If you enable auto grouping in the settings, you can press Ctrl + N in some applications to open a new tab.
