USAhobby.com. Thats where I get them.

  • i would so buy this xD

  • IDEAL for decoration in an office cubicle.Super quiet and compact.

  • what kind of balls are you using?

  • That's amazingly useless and TOTALLY AWESOME. XD

Thanks for this video though, seriously. I'm actually researching the low noise aspect of worm gears right now. This was just the right video.

  • ほえ~。やっとモターが静かになった。

  • Try that with a brushless motor XD

  • Try to put a HUGE marble run with a HUGE funnel i wanna seee that

  • denha, hope you don't mind but can you make the funnel again?and it spins slower and longer?

  • WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER SIDE!?!?

  • Wow, great improvement! Thanks for sharing your source! I've been unable to find those tiny gear motors until now :-)

  • wow i just compared with the previous version and it sounds much nicer! i can hear the marbles dropping much easier now! ^^

  • Yes, a ball fell at 2:35.

  • @denha oh really? i didn't mean that. i was only saying i could hear all the balls better. the sound is relaxing

  • It is very good that the sound of the motor quieted down.

  • @denha Hi denha, I love your work. How do you make the grooves and contours in the wood? (Not the gravity well, but the square blocks.) Thanks in advance!

  • excellent!

  • Hey Denha, just wondering, did you decided to change de motor after i recommended to do so :-P???

    greetz

  • Brilliant! Such a huge difference.

I like the way you have thought this through and solved it admirably 5 stars indeed.... Think I'll sign in again under a different name so I can give you 10*!

As always wonderful concept and machine :-)

  • so quiet dude

  • Screw bird sounds and synthesized ocean waves, the sounds off this are way more relaxing.

  • Since the RPM went from 100 - 500, was that worm gear used as a reducer?

  • I had made a mistake in the parts number of the motor.

    It has already been corrected.

  • @denha Did you use ball-bearings for the worm screw?

  • @MrKaddan Yes, I am using the bearing.

  • Amazing! The quiet sound makes it much more pleasing to the ears. I want one!

  • way better!!!!! 5*****
