Hi, Not to take anything away from Eileen Farrell but for me Millo is the sensational Italian sound and the sop. that does it for me, Heard Tebaldi in Tosca in 59' at La Scala as a 19 year old and then heard Millo in 05' (with many in between) in Chicago sing Tosca with Shicoff, she brought back this great Italian rich sound for me, together they brought the house down. Brava Aprile!
Aprile sings this beautfiful concert aria as if she were the composer. What a voice! She sounds a lot like the late great Eileen Farrell singing " Ah Perfido." I sinply love what Aprile does with this piece. Brava Diva!
