3DGameMan: I have this handycam too since the last 2 years. I use this camera to record rock shows alive. The image is really good, but Sony didn´t put a "limiter" sound on this, what it means that the audio is real bad. "Broken". When you listen your record on PC, then you realise that it´s really bad, terrible. I have to cover the mic, consequently you miss trebels on the recording. There is some Canon cameras with image and sound... perfect,for this propose. Greetings from Buenos Aires.-

CPU Speed = Multiplier x FSB

RAM Speed (DDR2) = FSB x 2

Mobo FSB = Supported CPU FSB, but this can do much higher.

The sony sr12 is the best HD full high def camcorder on the market...identical to the hdr-sr11...but with a 120 gb harddrive...all at a premium cost...The tiny camera cost me a fortune im just hoping ill get enough use out of it to justify the AU$2.500 i spent on the camera and accessories...lol

at 1920+1080...its 16mb/second...so for 1 minute its about 960 megabytes....just under 1 gigabyte......for only 1 minute..lol

Thats really big, they need to make some sort of compression that keeps the quality, but puts the file size down.

Most FULL HD-stuff is still quite expensive at the moment.

High Definition is still growing into the market, you know, like becoming mainstream or whatever.

It's fairly new so it needs time to become more affordable.

The companies either make it expensive because they are greedy, but maybe it is just expensive to manufacture.

Or maybe it's still just hard to sell and they'll have to boost the price at the beginning.

i dont like the hard disk drives even though u can get big sizes. i like to use the flash memory since u dont have to worry about the needle for the hard drive getting damaged when u move it around alot.

alternatively you can paste &fmt=18 into the URL of the video you are watching, and the sound and picture quality will increase.

Note that the amount of quality increase does vary.

Actually no. THough some vids only improve minimaly, others do improve. most youtube vids have to be compressed/rendered, so there fore the quality is slightly lower. These will improve.

I have never claimed that this works on all youtube videos, just some of them.

I checked out exposureroom, superb...

It helps a lot to see the products in HD, you can really inspect it from up close. But keep in mind that you need to get your face in perfect focus, now we can see it up close, Rodney. :D (at the end of #1003-Scythe NINJA)
