Not sure if you remember but about 10 years ago a puck went up into the stands hitting a girl in the head, causing a vein or artery in her neck to snap open and she died not long afterward. The railing only comes waist high. It's waaaay too easy for this to happen. Humans are top heavy and the momentum and weight leads to these things. Trouble is, he wasn't even reaching that far; he wasn't hanging on the rail, etc. A net over that hole would have saved his life. Get with the program, Rangers.
