Look, this is just the live bootleg video from Cologne '97 shaded with footage from WW2, a typical fan-made clip. Just because it's widely spread through eMule/torrent, doesn't say that it's an official video. It was never aired on TV (which couldn't be at all, cause there's only an mpeg1-version with 352x240 resolution) and it isn't featured on any DVD.
