I'm 53, have worked physically (and this being a lot of debilitating laborious work) the largest chunk of my years and throw in all the abuse of the tough on the body sports of hockey and football and a myriad of others and I'm still working long hours at a constantly physical job. I go home a play CST/TACFIT afterward. I couldn't/wouldn't/shouldn't if it weren't for Intuflow.
@doughboy9520 Yep. Success stories are rampant with the benefits of regular Intu-Flow. Thanks for sharing yours Kev. Hopefully more people take the plunge and free themselves as you have.
Coach, how long after beginning intuflow did you resolve your problem and how long was itto achieve the flexibility and flow shown above. I resolved back issues using internal martial arts and some ATM. But my lower back remained stiff but pain free. I have been doing the intuflow and flowfit for three weeks and all my ranges have improved dramatically. Definitely the best stuff on earth!!!
@rudyzen I did Intu Flow twice a day, 7 days a week for 3 months when i first started with CST. I noticed a big improvement within the first few weeks as well, but by the end of that 3 month period, it was like night and day. My range was immensely better, though there were still some limitations, so I started going deeper with Prasara (of which FlowFit is a derivative) . That took it the next notch. I attained what you see above by about 8 or 9 months in.
@rudyzen Layers....it's all about peeling back the layers. Intu-Flow really is a gem. I always tell people if there was only one thing in the whole world that I could do physically, I would choose Intu-Flow. CST going to have a big place in the history of physical culture. But I truly believe Intu-Flow will be it's greatest contribution because of it's effectiveness for every single persons health and well-being.

@mixolydo Hope you found a way to remedy that. If not, think of the above as my personal recommendation. :)
Take Care
