One of the reasons Africa is the way it is is because other countries raped it of the resources that made that country rich; it's gems, its salt, etc. Those governments have almost nothing that will help them support their nations. That, and also the ignorance within the countries themselves.

But it's really sick when they have to involve children in acts of war... it's just not right no matter what the reason; a country is truly poor when they use children as soldiers.

God did not forsake Africa, He has allowed humans to continue to forsake it themselves. God allows humans to make their own decisions, that is why we are all judged and can only be judged by Him. A lot of ppl dont realize that problems in Africa r often a direct result of materialistic demands of well-off countries wantin cheap labor n low prices. Wars r being faught in Africa over natural resources used to make things like cell phones, or diamonds for your fancy wedding, or OIL.
