That is exatcly my crashing! 100%! No TDR, no driver reset by Windows, this is it. After a while (seconds), the computer becomes unresponsive, the screen shuts down, the sounds hangs, and the computer restarts.
This happens about 90% of the time I play Starcraft 2.
this is happening to me as well...it has even crashed and restared my system, but only during StarCraft 2, and never right away...Ive tried the NVIDIAs/EVGAs recommended 285.62 drivers (WHQL signed), the 285.66 drivers that came on the CD with the video card, and the latest 290.53 beta drivers....pretty lame. i was going to RMA but I wonder if the next one would do it too now....Think I should have got a different card now :(
@ytlty516 strange.. because i had heard somewhere that this was an issue that only occurred to people playing this game on a rig with an nforce 750i mobo... which is clearly not the case anymore. i've reformatted my pc and got new hardware and i still have this issue. unless it's related only to nvidia cards?

I have a nVidia 560 Ti of course.

@mazterarius Update your MOBO BIOS. It fixed it for me. OFC if the GFX card has a BIOS update, which the 560TI does, apply that as well.

This happened to me, except while playing battlefield 3. I'm going to test it on sc2 and hope this doesn't happen :/
