I agree, when all of those horrible prom pictures got leaked a few years ago. I showed them to my friends and family and everyone couldn't believe that someone would let their child walk out of the house looking like that. I'm only nineteen but I remember growing up seeing the older kids get ready for prom and it would be simple, beautiful dresses. It used to be about elegance. I don't know whats happen to us as a people, but whatever it is, its scary.
I agree with you, although i didn't hear half of your vid. Yes it is the parents fault. Not only is it the parents fault it is the schools fault. When I went to prom we had a dress code. It was made clear if we came dressed inappropriately we would be sent home and our tickets would not be refunded. Respecting yourself does start at home. I assume that no one at home gave a damn for these half naked girls. It's a shame.
