I really like Madonna. Always have, even when her music isnt exactly wonderful, I still buy because I'm a die hard fan. I think she cranked out this last album as a speedy way of exiting Warner Bros. The next album will be HUGE. More Madonna and less street pop.
there's this fake sense of a big "event" around the realease of her stuff because she's..madonna and everything's big budget. to me, this album is the weakest she's made in years, despite the good sellings (it's known what other crap sells these days)..she has so much potential and strengh, yet somehow she's so obsessed with being no 1 she follows "trendy" recipeis. she should make things her own way or at least colaborate with people more different than her, who would bring out something fresh
I think that Madonna has lost the point. I am not a fan of Kylie Minogue by any means however, she has realised an oppertunity where she can used eighties melodies over dance beats and it seems to work well. Madonna invented half these melodies and really should be re-creating them but she is too concerned with trying to stay street, and tapping into this pathetic Timberlake 'so-called' R and B nonsense, is where she thinks its at. Her new song is crap because its too passive, like Timberlake!
Relax, when the change comes it'll be all the more amazing because it'll be such a departure from all this R&B stuff she's playing with at the moment.
I love her but her new single with justine timberlake.. sucks, it's too juvenile,I miss her depth and inspiration in her music. I hope her entire cd is not bubblegum music although her cd is called candy or liqerish or something like that. I am also sorry she got that tight facelift. I was hoping she would grow older gracefully and show the world that wrinkles don't have to be a bad thing.Battle scars of life should be respected and anyway, we can't all afford a tuck.I still love her lots!YES!!
Sorry but wrinkles are a bad thing! you have to admit it either you like or not, and old age is very bad. So she did a great thing by doing the facelift, if what she did is a face lift...i dont think it was. She looks amazing and growing old gracefully is exactly what she is doing, not giving in to age!
OOhhhh Sweety.
