Ya dude it should be fine. I reccomend FRAPS. Its great high res on screen capturing software. When i say HD I'm referring to the upload quality on youtube. Your Graphics Card really will not effect the quality of the video it will just effect the frame rate.
i only have 240p and 480p, HD is 720 and 1080

Ya i recorded it in HD but my export settings on my video editor were messed up so it didn't export in HD
