  • I don't think you're doing Tabata correctly .. the 170% VO2 max intensity level is key & I don't think you're close to that intensity in the video .

  • Nice work!!! I like bands too and pretty much been using them exclusively. You can get pretty much get everything you need from them, as you demonstrated
