The insurance companies cause many suspensions because many drive uninsured because they can't afford it and many times people flee accidents because of no insurance. The insurers add to the ills of our society.
I've had my license suspended for over 6 years. I owe $9,000 plus all for dws. Not a single driving infraction, never put anyone at harm. Just owe money. Why dont I pay? I dont have any money!! No job!!! Nobody wants to hire someone without a license! Its job security for them todays paper has 34 convictions, 20 are DWS license! Criminals? I get handcuffed, searched, put in the back of a cop car, for getting groceries!
@mohamadalikazi Just dont own the vehicle you drive. Have a friend own it. You can still go down and register it yourself. Millions play the cat and mouse game with the police. I live down a gravel road 20 miles outside of town, what are they telling me when they take away my license? I need to move closer into town and be a part of them? WOrk for em, pay em their money..... Meanwhile the U.S. is Trillions in debt. Are any of them picking up trash along side the road?
@Omegatide Well I am just badly stuck in this thing because I am an outsider in this country. If anything like going to jail happens, I will probably be deported. All because I went to pay 30 dollars for seat belt ticket ONE day late. It becomes worse when you dont know the laws. Now they re telling me that because I ve had suspended license my insurance goes up and stays up for next 3 years! I am a DANGEROUS driver.... lols! Because I didnt pay 30 bucks?
@Omegatide My insurance agent was talking to me like I am some kind of irresponsible piece of junk... in response i kept making jokes that "Such a corrupt way to make money" whenever she wud tell me how my charges have gone up...
