@jcjovic I have tested mine & taped it in my other video. I even dripped it in the washbasin, not just pouring water to make it wet. It still functioned normally IN THE WATER.
Then, I tested again as you said several times and sometimes the watch needed to be dried before it can function normally.
Strange though this inconsistency happened. Very well, let's just assume this watch is not water resistant then. At least it's not permanently broken when exposed in water.
@razerblades23: Hm, there are 2 buttons on the watch. The upper and the lower one. To turn on the watch, press the upper button (see video).
If the watch is recently got wet (example: when you drip it in a basin) please allow the watch to dry first before trying to turn it on again. The watch is water resistant, but not waterproof (see my description on the other video related to this one explaining about the water resistance feature of the watch).

The second way is to DIY. But you'll need at least two tools: a small pin to push out the connection between the band, and a hammer to push in the connection again after you've removed some part of the band. Good luck!
I've seen one in one of my local luxury plaza. I've tried googled for Tokyo Flash Iron Samurai, but I didn't manage to find the real one on the Tokyo Flash website itself.
@OrinSigus imho, there is actually no real Tokyo Flash model for this watch, but since the Tokyo Flash watches are unique, then some chinese manufacturers got inspired by them and made this model and named it "Japanese inspired iron samurai watch". CMIIW
Really? Yes, I see the item price is only ~$15. But please continue until u fully checked out and see how much you will have to pay for the total cost. I just tested ordering a sample there, it cost me $23.43 by the cheapest shipping method. And guess my next step: I canceled that order.

The back can be pried off to access battery compartment. Easy to change. Make sure you place th battery back in th same way. you can find these at ledwatchstop with warranty.

well the truth is - IT IS NOT EVEN WATER RESISTANT~!!!
When you wet your hands a bit from washroom, it just doesn't function anymore. ...until it totally dry again, then only it function again....
