  • Bill, you seem to have a great rapport with all your relatives (that we've seen). Reminds me of my uncles when I was growing up. Great video.

  • @goombahboy I do think the kids like me.

  • 0:37 You're fucking with me?!

  • That kid sure loves his drink...

  • Great, kids will be playing in guano!! lol

  • @princejeff37 The kids moved off to college, and no one has used the swing set for a decade.

  • I suggest that you move the bat house to a new location. Higher and away from the swing :)

  • @dimitrigregorieff Thanks, Dimitri, but I don't live there any more and the swing set has not been used for a decade or more.

  • Horrible place for that bat house. I surely hope you have moved it since.

With all that land, should be easy to relocate.

  • Sir, you will not get bats with the house that low.

Should be at least 12/15 feet above ground.

Did you do your home work before you mounted it?

    I guess not.

  • I wouldn't have put the bat house on the swing-set- have you ever been under a populated bat house? They pee. lol

  • maybe is best that you put bat box in a three back!

    ciao from italy!!!

  • @davidwarriortube in a tree i want to say :-)

  • I was hoping to see how it's mounted, but nice video anyway!

  • theres a lot ofo noise there

i think bats could not like to be there.

    Good look

  • that's way too small. needs to by wider and longer. that's not high enough. there's gonna be bat shit all over that play set, but it dosn't matter because no bats will want to stay in it.

  • E.COLI

    RABIES

    OH MY

  • No!

  • I don't think we have many bats in Colorado, because it's so darn dry, the mosquitos don't even like it here.

  • Eeek! Don't put that by the swings!!

  • I know there is some risk for rabies from bat urine, but the swings are not used any more.

  • I don't care too much about the bat urine, but I still subscribe to the myth that they are going to get caught in my hair!!

  • @wildbill1911A1

bats may not like the squeaking of the chains. it is a little low too. but hope everything worked out. (this was two years ago. good video though

  • Did you ever throw pennies into the air and the bats would try to catch them? If you walk in Quiet Waters park at dusk and throw a penny in the air, bats try to grab them.

  • This I will have to see.

  • @oleander423 We used to tie a flat washer to a "rod and reel" and spin it in the air at dusk....I don't know how much it fooled them but it was fun to do.....We used to think "our" bats lived in a hollow black gum tree....
